good suction light weight and easy to use, wish it had long battery life.

This thing is great! Sucks up just about everything the kids can leave a trail with. Does good on pet hair.

The Dyson V6 is an excellent cordless vacuum. It is very portable, but is actually more powerful than the older full sized Dyson pet vacuum we have. The only downside is that the battery doesn't last very long. Basically long enough to do one room completely and maybe one flight of stairs. So, it's better for spot cleaning and quick cleanings between full house cleaning sessions.

I have to start this with the following phrase..."....worth every penny..." Although is not a cheap product, me and my family are pleased with the service this vaccum has given us... From a simple floor cleaning up tp a car vacum cleaner... Ligth, portable, easy to store with an extention to reach high or deep areas. Would highly recommend it. Btw this is the seccond vaccum we get.

I love this vacuum. It's easy to use. I have 2 dogs that are extreme shedders. It gets it all! It's perfect becsuse the attachments make it easy to vacuum the furniture and the stairs. I can get under the furniture, in small places as well. Also works great on the big areas. It gets dirt you thought you never had.

If you have hardwood floors in your house this is a must have. this vacuum cleans and picks up dust like you would not believe, it's so easy to use, fast and simple to clean, switching between attachments is a snap. It's the best vacuum I've ever owned. I will not own or use anything else ever again.

I purchased this vacuum when it went on sale for Black Friday. It's very easy to use and store. I wish the cordless battery life was a little longer but other than that I have no complaints. It's so handy to use with the various attachments and it has great suction, as advertised.

We are basically clean freaks to begin with. I thought our regular vacuum was doing a good job until we got the Dyson V6 Animal. This vacuum picked up dirt the other “full” sized vacuum left behind. Light weight easy to use and gets into and behind all those tough places. Battery lasts 20 minutes but it is enough for a one bedroom apartment. Best investment ever. Wished we had purchased it a lot sooner. Got an awesome deal at Best Buy.

Since we have 2 dogs in the house, I wanted a cordless vacuum that would have enough suction to pick up dog hair but be light enough to be easy to handle. I love my Dyson 6 animal vacuum and would purchase it again in a second. In fact, I may get one for my son for Christmas!

I bought the V6 animal because it was on sale. I wasn't sure how satisfied I would be since it is an older model, but I'm very happy. I'm amazed at how effective the vacuum is. Bathroom rugs that I previously would have washed look good after a vacuum. The attachments are great, and the charger station is convenient. My only reservation is, as others have said, is that the dirt collector does fill up really quickly. I can't be too mad about that because it shows how much dirt and dust the Dyson is collecting. Two caveats: first, believe what the guide says. Six minutes on high, 17-20 minutes on regular. Don't expect to do a thorough vacuum of your entire house. Second, this is a small cordless model. It will not replace a full size vacuum, especially if you are a meticulous cleaner. However, it is a wonderful addition to your housekeeping arsenal, and very convenient for smaller chores.

Best Christmas present I ever bought myself! Lightweight, easy to use, no more cords to fall over!

I was first looking for a new dust buster, and looked at this. It really does it all. Powerful vac for stairs, rugs, under the couch and the bed. Its light weight and can get way under stuff. My only complaint would be the somewhat short battery life. But, who likes to vacuum that much at once anyway..... Pricey but good. 4 star is for the short battery life.

This hand held vaccum has great power to compare others. Also, cordless and easy to store it. My wife loves it!

We have two cats and two big dogs. This vac is the absolute best! I use it at least twice a day to pick up dog hair and cat litter on our wood and tile floors. Very pleased with how it picks up fine dust. Even surprised at how much dust it pulls out if the area rugs. I purchased it while on sale then had quite a lot in reward certificates. You can't go wrong with this vac.

This Dyson has the power of a big one. All the attachments that came with this unit are great.

My wife begged me for a Dyson and I held off as long as I could...I wish I made this purchase sooner! The wife loves it and as far as I can tell it's better than our $2200 Kirby! Would have given it 5 stars if the charge lasted longer then 20 minutes. But we knew this going on

Use it for quick pickup. Cleans dog hair on furniture quickly . Great suction. Love the ease and convenience.
