Don't let short battery life stop you if you vacuum fast. I love this vacuum and I honestly bought it because it was cordless. I'm tired of wired things in the home in this day & age, but with that convenience comes cost: approx 20 mins of battery life. I won't use the vacuum for a month and the battery is almost all drained but the power of suction is great. For super plush & long-fiber carpets, it does get stuck, so I have to use it in reverse only which is a bit of a hassle but for bare floors (wood/tile) & shorter carpet, no problem. I recommend buying this on sale, the brand is a little too overpriced for its short battery life. 4/5. Great vacuum but wish it lasted longer.

I am so happy to able to find a perfect vacuum. Very light, easy to use and empty it. I loved having a light, cordless, bagless vacuum with powerful sucking. Only thing you should check price for price match, because I didn't check price for price match before buying and after a while buying due to being busy and working overnight. When I found out another place was cheaper than Best Buy, I was late for price match in Best Buy. The person at Best Buy didn't do it even do i have been one of the elite customer of Best Buy for years.

I LOVE this vacuum! It weighs next to nothing, yet is super powerful, esp. for long pet hair. It swivels into every corner. If I’d known how awesome this was going to be, I wouldn’t have bought a regular sized vacuum. With the turbo button, there’s nothing this vacuum can’t clean.

Provides outstanding suction for such a lightweight unit. Versatile and easy to move from room to room. Battery charge is sufficient to complete vacuume of two rooms., about 20 minutes a charge. Larger battery capacity is available in a more expensive model. Charging is easy and quick, and that compensates.

Bought this product to help with the daily chore of sweeping up dog hair on hardwood floors. As with all Dyson products this is a high quality product. Also has plenty of power. The performance exceeded all expectations.

We love the v6 animal vacuum, it is bag less and cordless. It is effortless to use. We initial purchased this product to use on our stairs. But after we got it home and started using it, we now use it for many other surfaces and great to use in vehicles as well. Love this product.

Was intrigued with this vacuum because it’s cordless and light weight. I’ve been very pleased with the auction power it has and battery is not even close to an issue. Does a great job with the hardwood floors and rugs. I wouldn’t recommend it for carpet.

So light to handle that I can clean off and on without needing to pull out and put away a heavy tool. It reaches cobwebs overhead, gets pet hair from deep in the carpet, fits in tight places and is the best little vacuum I have ever had.

This is a very effective vacuum. I tested it against my old one and this Dyson picked up much more. Lightweight as well no cord to deal with. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the short battery life, 20 minutes can go by fast. I am learning how to conserve battery when using.

This vacuum is everything that it was said to be. I cannot say enough good things about things about this device. It takes on dog hair like a champ, is very well balance, easy to use, and works great.

Love the ease of use and it is simple to clean and empty. I wish it held a charge longer than 16 minutes though. Perfect for small jobs.

My wife has had an older Dyson stick vacuum that we have had for 2-3 years. It still works but now and then it will shut off when using and you simply have to just press the trigger button again. So frustrated with that, we bought the new one v6 Animal. It was on sale, but then Best Buy price matched Amazon. We had an EXCELLENT customer service experience during our purchase. Back to the product... my Wife is just glowing about this, its been about 3 weeks since we bought it. She keeps commenting on how much more dirt is in the canister compared to the old one. The wider head is nice as well, and does not bog down at all, even in our heavy berber. I highly recommend this Dyson!!

You won't be disappointed- quick lightweight easy to use- great for quick cleanup of hardwood floors in kitchen- never look at bread crumbs again- just do a quick vac and the floors are clean again!

I've only had this vacuum for 1 month but so far I love how easy it is to use and no cord to trip over. It's so easy to switch from the floor to handheld with one easy release switch. It works great for the car and reaches completely under the bed. A+

I have central vacuum, pretty powerful. It is incredible how much dog hair (German Shepherd) this picks up after we vacuum. Now, there's nothing wrong with my other vacuum. I vacuumed one day, then with dog shedding, I ran this over the area rug - whoa, filled up the little canister and there sure didn't seem to be that much fur that I saw. It is so fun to use, because it actually picks up stuff. I have to empty it all the time, so at least my efforts aren't wasted- it works. I love, love this, so glad I finally bought it. Not one regret.

This vacuum does a nice job of cleaning hard to reach spots and small jobs. The 20 minute battery life is even less when using a power head attachment. But works great on steps, etc. Used in concert with our Dyson Pet AC vacuum it is hard to beat.

I bought this vacuum because I have a golden retriever and the hair was getting out of hand. This vacuum is amazing! Works well on Every type of flooring (i have hardwood, carpet, and tile). Works perfectly on normal, but if the hair is really bad on the carpet I use the max power. My only complaint is that I wish canister was a little bigger (the reason behind 4stars instead of 5). Battery life does well for cleaning a few rooms. Just fills up quick because the vacuum works so well. Very light, very easy to use, trigger is easy to hold for a long time! LOVE the swivel head on the long attachment. It can get in just about every corner of my house!
