It actually does the job but don't take more than five minutes to vacuum your floor because the charge last for about that time and then it stops and you have to put it back on the charger. Just wish it stayed charged and work for a longer period of time.

Posted .Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson V6 Animal Cord Free vacuum cleaner features two suction modes, MAX and regular power. Please keep in mind that the V6 offers plenty of suction on normal power to effectively clean your floors because of the motorized brush bar. Especially when used on bare floors as the MAX power is really only needed for tougher jobs and thicker carpeting. While in MAX power, your unit will receive a boost of power, making suction more powerful. When fully charged, you can expect run time from 7-20 minutes, depending on which suction mode and tools you are using.
The V6 is also intended for quick pick ups in between normal cleanings and if you prefer a longer run time, we would recommend one of our compact uprights or canister models.

Just pull up the canister release over the trash can and done. I would highly recommend this and any other Dyson cordless stick vacuums!
