It only last long enough for 1 & 1/2 rooms. It takes a very long time to recharge also. Not very useful.

Posted .Hello Cindy, this is Kelly with Dyson. I am happy to hear how lightweight and convenient you have found the Dyson V6 Animal Cord Free vacuum to be, in your use. Please keep in mind that the V6 offers plenty of suction on normal power to effectively clean your floors because of the motorized brush bar. Especially when used on bare floors as the MAX power is really only needed for tougher jobs and thicker carpeting.
The V6 is intended for quick pick ups in between normal cleanings and if you prefer a longer run time, we would recommend one of our compact uprights or canister models. Please consider sending us an email with your contact information to [email protected] and we will be in touch.

We use it daily and we love the suction strength and reasonable battery life (about 30 mins on full charge when using to vacuum the lower level of our home) We shall always own a Dyson cordless vac to ensure we have a clean home despite our furry friends.
