Still not what I use just to do the carpets but great for everything else. I use it for the car, hardwood, dusting and all kinds of little other things. The wall mount included hooks up so it charges while connected. It won't overcharge so you can always leave it charging when not in use. Very smart tool.

It's versatile capabilities allow me to do quick cleanups and avoid having to drag my heavier vacuum around. The suction is excellent, however, it seems to exert traction in only one direction easily. The "on" switch is too easily turned on, when the handle area is touched. Otherwise, I'm glad I bought this high-quality product.

The battery life is shorter then I would have hoped, if you plan to clean for an extended period of time you'll need to use it let it charge and use it again. it's perfect for stairs, tight spaces, cob webs and so on! The cleaning power is spectacular! Well worth the purchase!

Posted .Hi POC1976. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on the V6. The V6 is a great cordless for in between cleanings, quick clean ups or small areas as it does feature 20 minutes of constant suction in standard mode and 6 minutes on MAX power for tougher jobs.

I originally thought Dyson was overrated, but the way it cleans is incredible. I thought my previous vacuum was good, but once I used the Dyson I realized how truly dirty my floors were. Easily the best vacuum on the market. Cordless is the way to go, too... Super convenient cleaning from room to room.

However the filter falls out of the unit if the unit is lifted to do higher items. The battery does not last more than a new one purchased a short time ago.and that ones filter remains in place even with suction off. This one is refurbished.

However, I am sorry to hear of the difficulty with the filter. There should be enough suction when the machine is in use to prevent the filter from falling out. It may help to rinse the filter under cold water to ensure it is cleaned and clicks back into place.
The V6 is great for in between cleanings, quick clean ups or small areas. It does feature 20 minutes of constant suction in standard mode and 6 minutes on MAX power for tougher jobs.

It is meant more for spot cleaning rather than a one time full house cleaning. I'm able to vacuum the stairs, an upstairs hallway and my bedroom before it needs to charge, which for me is perfect. Only downside is the canister is rather small, so depending on how much cleaning needs to be done, you could be emptying it quite a bit.
