Great for pet hair

It works great on cleaning off sofas, chair cushions and stairs. It can clean much more than pet hair. We love using it and grab it whenever there is a spill around the house

Even when fully charged it only lasts less than an hour. Returned it… had the same problem. For nearly 500 dollars it’s not worth it. It should be maybe 100-200 dollars. I’m afraid we’re paying for a name here Beautiful , easy to use… just sucks the battery is so bad. The customer service is not helpful

Awesome vacuum needs a better on off trigger

I use it every day sometimes several times a day especially around the kitchen area. Would have given it five stars accept the on off trigger he’s a bit uncomfortable to use from an ergonomic standpoint.

This does an amazing job tracking down their fur bunnies. It also amazes me how well this pulls everything out of the carpet. I'd definitely recommend.

I threw out my dust mop, broom and dust pan. It’s so convenient to use, in the evening run it around the kitchen floor and I’m done.

Shocking discovery..

We discovered a design flaw with high humidity in Florida. The charging port is covered by your hand as you use the vacuum and when you pull the trigger you get shocked!! It was so bad my wife and I stopped using it. It felt unsafe to the point you went ahead and returned it to the store. Ended up going with the Samsung and couldn’t be happier. We still have the dyson air purifiers and are very happy with those.

I recently got vinyl planks and along with my tile, the only carpet I have is rugs. This works great for all my surfaces and stays charged for my whole house which is 1600 sq ft. Would highly recommend!

This vacuum picks up so much dog hair it's crazy. I actually enjoy vacuuming just to see how much hair I get each time. It's amazing.

She has an internal vacuum system in her house, which means searching for a heavy 25’ hose every time u need to vacuum something up. This was her first Dyson vacuum and she absolutely loves it!!!!

Posted .Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson V7 Animal cordless vacuum cleaner has a run-time enhancing trigger. Battery power is only used when the trigger is pushed – it is not wasted when moving from room to room, or moving around obstacles. All of our cordless units do come switched on to MAX mode out of the box, otherwise, when not set to MAX mode, a full charge gives 30 minutes of fade free power or 20 minutes when using the motorized floor tool.
When using your machine in MAX with the direct-drive Motorhead, run time will be approximately 7 minutes. Dyson Animal variants come equipped with a mini motorized head which is designed to pick up pet hair from furniture and stairs. You can also use this tool with the machine in MAX power for optimum pick-up, if you find that standard power is leaving pet hair behind.

This one is working great so far! We use it on tile and hardwood floors for quick clean ups. It is nice and light and battery seems to last quite good so far.
