All of our V7 cordless units do come switched on to MAX mode out of the box. The V7 should run between 20-30 minutes in regular mode and 6 minutes in max mode. While some customers use the V7 as their sole vacuum at home, the V7 line was designed with quick pick-ups in mind. If you find that 20 minutes would not be enough time, we also would recommend our compact upright or canister machines. Furthermore, the V7 Animal is equipped 2 year Dyson warranty, when purchased new and from an authorized Dyson retailer. In addition to a team of experts to ensure it performs as designed.
