It was the last one in the Loveland CO store. The motor was bad from the beginning. A replacement motor has been sent but Dyson and Best Buy expect the customer to do the repairs. Don't know how many stars to give since it all started with a bad experience.

I can confirm that as these units are modular, any time there is an issue and a part would need to be replaced, that is easily done at home by the end-user. Our cord-free machines are versatile and easy to use and troubleshoot.
