We put this on the charger when the battery is dead and after a couple of days, will use it again only for it to die quickly. This has been an issue since we got it and we called customer support only to be told that’s the way it is supposed to perform. Now it dies after less than a minute!

Smells like death
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've taken this thing apart screw by screw, reading and watching tutorials on stopping this from smelling (obviously if those exist, then other people are having the same issue), and nothing works. The vacuum itself works well, the battery life is ok, even for a 1 bedroom apartment. But I just can't bring myself to continue using it due to the foul smell coming out of the vacuum. I'm so disappointed because for the price, I could've bought something else, had I known that I'd run into this issue less than a year after purchasing it.

Junk after six months

After that you’ll notice all the bristles on the brush are gone, it will begin pulsing and all out stopping mid job. Doesn’t matter how many time you change filters and clean out. Not impressed with it considering how expensive these are.

Please keep in mind that your machine will offer two suction modes for use with cleaning around your home; regular and MAX. While regular power is suitable for most household messes, you may find that some debris is more stubborn to pick up and does require MAX power mode. While in MAX power, your unit will receive a boost of power, making suction more powerful. When fully charged, you can expect run time from 7-30 minutes, depending on which suction mode and tools you are using.

You should find that suction in regular power is strong enough for vacuuming everyday household messes.
When using your machine in MAX with the direct-drive Motorhead, run time will be approximately 7 minutes. Dyson Animal variants come equipped with a mini motorized head which is designed to pick up pet hair from furniture and stairs. You can also use this tool with the machine in MAX power for optimum pick-up, if you find that standard power is leaving pet hair behind.
