Battery life ruined it for me

I bought it to clean my car, I used it on max and died within 5 minutes. Had to charge for 2 hours to use it for another 5 minutes. It’s suction was great but not worth the waiting 2 hours for 5 minutes of cleaning. My vacuum finished the job.

While regular power is suitable for most household messes, you may find that some debris is more stubborn to pick up and does require MAX power mode. While in MAX power, your unit will receive a boost of power, making suction more powerful. When fully charged, you can expect run time from 7-30 minutes, depending on which suction mode and tools you are using. Best handheld vacuum I’ve used

The Dyson V7 Car + Boat features two suction modes, MAX and regular power. While in MAX power, your unit will receive a boost of power, making suction more powerful. When fully charged, you can expect run time from 7-30 minutes, depending on which suction mode and tools you are using. Since the suction is fade-free, you won't notice any type of performance run-down. Rather, you will receive steady suction power until the battery life has completely run down.
Right out of the box, your machine will be set to MAX mode, which will provide up to 7 minutes of run time. MAX power is generally reserved for more stubborn messes or larger debris. When not set to MAX mode, a full charge gives 30 minutes of fade free power or 20 minutes when using a motorized tool.
