Best vacuum I’ve owned. It does indeed though have short battery life, so if you plan to vacuum a big house it is not very convenient but if your house is small or its just for a couple rooms, you could vacuum with the usual battery life that it has before needing a charge.

After wasting tons of money on other vacuum brands, I jumped on the sale for the Dyson. It is outrageously superior to any other vacuum. I absolutely love it! It’s perfect for quick cleanups. I will be adding carpet to several rooms in my home and will be ordering the Dyson Ball.

This was purchased to replace the V6 we had that suddenly started intermittently working. They say it has a little bit more power but it sounds a bit quieter than the previous one so I am not sure. I am only equating that to more noise, more power. I wasn't happy that the attachments that I purchased for the V6 dis not work on the V7. That is the only reason for the drop to 4 stars. I would not hesitate to purchase again.

I really like how this product works easy to handle. I especially like the way it hangs on the wall to recharge. The only downfall of this is there’s a pretty inexpensive type of plastic at the base of the floor peas and it cracked the first time I used it in a piece chipped up. Didn’t affect the operation of the product but shouldn’t of happened.

This would not be my choice did a primary vacuum, but it is an excellent tool for daily clean up. I have a cat and dog that shed on my hardwood floors. This makes it super easy to keep on top of the hair before it becomes a big mess. The charge doesn't last a long time, but I don't use it for heavy duty work. Having the ability to easily vacuum window sills or baseboards makes this vacuum a necessary part of my cleaning day.

We purchased this new stick vac to replace an earlier model that we have had for years. I was worried that it would be too much like my old on but it is way more powerful and held a longer charge. We were able to do the whole house in one go and my husband even used it on the carpet.

But the dust way too soon. BB warranty would not replace the item as it isn’t made anymore. It would have been necessary to come up with additional funds since the newer model is more expensive. Disappointed.

The stick was a great addition to our house hold. Perfect for quick clean up of afternoon snack or just normal activities that dont require the big vaccum. Great for tile and hardwood. No more dust bunnies or sweeping dust and dirt around the house.

I bought this on sale I'm glad I did, it is much more quite then my old Dyson works great and have no issues thanks Best Buy.

I bought this as a gift. I have one for my office and one at home. It is amazing how much dirt and hair these things pick up.
