This is my favorite appliance! I have it in a central area, and because I have it hanging on the wall in a place it is not noticeable, I can grab it anytime for a quick clean up and the job is done because it is always charged. Our home has multiple pets, so I am always vacuuming hair. This handles the job quite nicely and no mess. I have yet to be disappointed in anything about this little vacuum! The battery charge lasts a long time , even on high. Emptying is a breeze, and even cleaning the roller is easy. It is very light and has a strong suction. I can't say enough good about any Dyson I've owned. This is my 3rd Dyson vacuum, but I also use them at work and find the models there just as good.

Great light weight vacuum, had to return unfortunately but I just upgraded to one that would be better for my household

This cordless vac is so handy and lightweight. It hangs on the wall on charging dock. Suction is very good but battery life between charges isn’t that long - maybe 20 minutes. This is a great vac for quick clean ups!

replaced an ancient heavy drag-around unit with this. What a difference: light, easy to use, Does a super cleaning job. Spent some time figuring out where to mount the charger, but now it's excellent. Somewhat expensive but well worth it.

I’ve had this vacuum for about 10 months and I love that is is cordless, pivots and fits in many spaces. I have dark hardwood floors which collects a lot of dust and hair. This vacuum has good suction but there are times where there is larger debris and I have to go over it a few times or sit it on top of it for a moment for it to suction it up. I honestly would give it 5 stars but I am giving it 4 because of its battery life. It only last UP TO 30 minutes. For me it last much less than 30 minutes. So I find myself rushing to clean the most important spaces before it shuts off. Once it shuts off it is a 3.5 hour down time before another full charge which is kind of annoying 3.5 hours of charge for maybe 20 minutes of usage?

We originally bought the V6, and liked it so much we upgraded to this V7. I would go for the V8 if we could afford it. It does everything we need. Portable, rechargeable, sucks up everything, lightweight, easy to use. Can't complain.

I love this vacuum cleaner. I never thought I would ever say that. But it is truly a joy to use. With my old vacuum, I never used it, because I hated vacuuming. Now, with this Dyson, I vacuum several times a week. I do not mind the battery life (which is a little under 30 minutes). Though, did learn the hard way that the Dyson cannot be used while it is being charged. So, I have to un-plug it from power before I can use it. It is not a big deal, because I prefer to clean a small portion of the house each day, rather than clean the whole house all at once. I liked this Dyson so much that I bought one for my mom, as a Mother's Day gift.

Dyson over all as a brand is amazing! I purchased this model to replace model V6. Model V7 is quieter and has greater suction. I had to learn the hard way with V6 on proper maintenance. For example, not leaving vacuum on charger for more than an hour, especially if there just so happens to be a power outage. My household experienced several of those while I owned V6 and cause the battery and charger to malfunction. Would recommended purchasing protection plan with Best Buy because battery replacement is included for these types of situations. Very easy and light weight vacuum to use.

If you run it on turbo the battery will not last long but this is soooo worth it. Hands down the best vacuum I've ever purchased. You get rid of the dirt easily. You will not regret buying one.

Ok I finally got this Dyson. I’ve been wanting to buy one but they were way expensive in opinion for a vacuum... still are but since I have gotten several recommendations and said ok what the heck I’ll try. I like that fact it’s lightweight, and has a powerful suction- picked up all the dust from the floors and rugs. You can see that too. What I don’t like the 30 min cleaning time when you charged it for almost 3 hours? Come on really? For the $$$ you are paying for this brand you’d of extended the clean for at least an hour or more... And also the battery pack heats up too...

It's super powerful and it so light and easy to use my 4yr old can help vacuum. Better than any vacuum we've got before and it's great to use to clean our car without having to deal with extension cables, etc.

Wow! This Dyson is my new best friend! I read dozens of reviews before making my decision to buy this vacuum. Spending $300 on a vacuum is not something I take lightly. I'm so glad that I did purchase this Dyson. I have a three level townhome with plenty of carpeting. Carrying my heavy Hoover vac from floor to floor was a chore. I vacuum one room in the house at least once per day (since I bought it two weeks ago) and can honestly say I love vacuuming now! I'm a first time Dyson customer and am very pleased with this purchase. Pros No cord to plug in Lightweight Great suction (better than my 9 year old Hoover Anniversary Edition vac) Great for vacuuming steps Can sweep kitchen floor Cons None so far.

So far so good! This v7 has been a great addition to our cleaning arsenal. Does a great job on our medium carpet and hardwood floors. You can literally see the dirt and dust particles that it sucks up. Cleaning is a beeeze and the 30 minute charge is enough time for me to use it 4-5 times before I charge it again.

The V7 Motorhead was my first Dyson vacuum and I couldn't be happier. It is lightweight, efficient, easy to clean, portable and impressively powerful. The sleek design is also very appealing.

This vacuum is a delight, lightweight, easy to use, has enough power to pick up many items. Very easy to clean, I appreciate he fact that it has enough power to keep the floors looking great.
