Great until it stopped working

It was consistently turning on and off and would still do the same even after charging. I was really sad as I thought it performed great! Glad I got the gsp with it so I was able to get store credit to buy another vacuum

Based on what you describe, with the turning or pulsing on/off, this is due to a blockage within the machine, or a filter than needs to be cleaned. While we don't expect problems to occur, you can certainly rest assured the free 2-year guarantee is in place to help protect against any problems that may ever arise or come up with a new purchase. That said, we do find most problems may be resolved via simple, yet effective, troubleshooting at home. It died after 2 years of light usage. The battery life is a bit weak but it gets a job done, don't forget to charge it afterwards and you will be fine
