I was excited to have a small cordless version of the vacuum that I have grown to depend on when I needed a job done. However, I was very disappointed that the battery life on this vacuum lasts less than 5 minutes when using full power mode. I would have expected more from a company like Dyson, and seriously considered returning it.

Low speed does not have enough suction, and the high speed drains the battery in 5-6 minutes. This according to Dyson. At 199.00 this product is definitely not worth it.

Our cordless models also have a run-time enhancing light touch trigger which ensures battery power is only used when the trigger is pushed. The total run time will be up to 30 minutes.
In Max power run time will be up to 7 minutes, and in standard power, you can expect run times of up to 20-30 minutes depending on which tool or attachments you are using.
