Love the power it puts out for a cordless and easy to store. This vacuum gets the job done!

This is the best vacuum ever! No matter what other people say, the other brands DO NOT compare. This vacuum makes me want to vacuum the whole house. If you have a small house, you could probably get away with vacuuming the whole house. The only thing i would change/improve is the battery life. If you're house is big, the battery might not last. But other than that, this is amazing. It comes with a lot of attachments and it's just so versatile. I use this to vacuum my car too. It's amazing

Lite weight, maneuverabile, easy everything. Adequate power. Small footprint. Vaccumn time good. Would recommend for quick clean ups. I can do 6 medium size rooms and still have power. Small canister, but that is what makes it lite. Easy to empty so no problem. Small power head is great for beds, stairs, furniture and such. Lite so easy to go up high with attachments.

I LOVE my Dyson cord-free stick vac. When my previous one 'died,' I panicked, and had to go out ASAP to purchase a replacement. Of course, nothing would suffice but to get another just like the one that had served me five good years! Prior to my Dyson I had a costly Rainbow which was cumbersome to assemble and use. The Dyson is so reasonably priced, and easy-peasy to use: lightweight, no assembly required, easy to put away. Vacuuming is no longer a chore! Can't live without it!

love this vacuum - it's quiet, effective, and light. it reaches small spaces and does great with either carpet or hard floors. this version does require you to hold the button while vacuuming which can be slightly taxing for those with weak hands but I have strong hands - lowkey flex :*

this is a good little vacuum cordless but my only problem with it is the battery does not last long. Give you a good 30 or 45 minutes then you have to recharge other than that great little vacuum. Battery could’ve been a little bit bigger,

Gotta love a Dyson product! Got this for a steal on a Deal Drop and totally glad I did. I already have a V11 for the main floor but wanted something more simple for the basement and this definitely fit that need. Not too sure if I like their new bin clean out system as you still need to take the pole off to really empty the bin. Overall, I would easily recommend it over any other brand.

Amazingly powerful yet lightweight and cordless. Easy to maneuver and efficient. Best vacuum cleaner I have ever purchased.

Don't think twice just buy it. Best vacuum I have ever owned, easy for teens, just push and hold the button. The only thing I would change is having the ability to lock the on button, but it saves energy by turning off when you aren't using it, yet sometimes my finger gets tired holding it down. Very easy to clean, and doesn't clog easily. Two power modes one for longer jobs and a maximum setting for dirtier places. Will buy again if this ever breaks, though I have had it awhile and it shows no signs of stopping.

The Dyson works great except for the battery power. After a full charge the vacuum only last for about 10 minutes before it needs to be charged agsin.

Battery does not last as long as I expected. Lasts less than 10 minutes.

This is the first cordless vacuum I have had and I don't think I can ever go back! This vacuum is so easy to use and weighs so little that it makes vacuuming no longer my least favorite chore. I love being able to break it down into a small powerful hand vac for the stairs or my car. The standard attachment also maneuvers around anything in my house even in spots I couldn't dream of reaching with my previous upright vacuum,

After I got used to its relatively short battery life on high power, the vacuum became as necessary to me as my computer and smart phone. It is light , fast and makes my home look like I had been cleaning for hours. I loved it so much I wanted to spread that love around and share so I bought my daughter a unit and yesterday I bought one for my handyman/friend. My daughter is very attached to her Dyson and I await my handyman's experience.

I love my Dyson V8. I have had it for a few years, first in my apartment and then in my house! I will always have a Dyson in the house! It is great for hardwood and carpet. It is the best of both worlds!

It’s very light weight, thin, agile, and has no cord constantly dangling from it while in use. Also, emptying the waste container is really simple. Would recommend

The suction power of the Dyson V8 is impressive. It easily picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair from carpets and hard floors alike. Even on the "Low" power mode, it performs exceptionally well. On the "Max" power mode, it’s especially effective for deep cleaning tasks, although the battery drains faster.
