The handle length is too short!! Both my wife's and my hands barely fit onto the handle and it gives us pain/blisters on the base knuckle of our thumb after vacuuming for a couple minutes. It's a real bummer too cuz the vacuum is nice otherwise. We were really excited to get such a nice vacuum after trying multiple other (and cheaper) ones but none were so uncomfortable to use. Seems like a major oversight considering it's supposed to be so wonderfully designed and engineered. We will be returning. P.S. My wife and I do not have giant gorilla hands. We are both 6ft tall with average size hands.

We're sorry to hear of your experience with the handle and trigger. We would certainly not expect a bruise or blister to occur as a result of using your Dyson product. If you are finding this to be your experience, we would recommend holding the unit lower down the handle to prevent rubbing or pressure on the top of your hand. Please also keep in mind that Dyson cordless vacuums will feature a runtime enhancing light touch trigger, which requires little pressure to run the unit as well. It may also prove helpful to ensure the unit is held with a firm, but not a very tight grasp, given that the light touch trigger does not require a very hard press or grasp to operate.

I think it was a good deal. Still not sure why every stick vacuum gives you 4 clip on accessories with a stand that holds 3 but dyson did it too. So far thats my biggest issue is an accessory with no holder on the wall mount

I have wasted so much money on other vacuums that never did a good job. I have a short shag carpet. The power in this light vacuum takes care of getting anything that is hidden in the carpet. My favorite part of this vacuum is the easy technique in emptying the canister as shown in the photos.
