I just love this vacuum. My husband dropped the turkey on thanksgiving and the dyson cleaned it all up. Cleaned up all the turkey juice. Lol it was Comedy Central at our house. Also it cleans itself

Amazing product from Dyson as always. I use this for daily or weekly cleaning. Not meant for really filthy floors but saves me time when I do perform a deep clean. The simplicity of the machine is a game changer in my opinion. I have tried a lot of others.

I reallt wanted to love this. Dyson is king of vacuums and they make high quality, beautiful products. This machine is gorgeous. It seems high quality. The battery is removable, and the clear waste bin is great for reminding you that you forgot to empty it. The positives stop there. They chose to not use a vacuum cleaner on this machine. The result is that it doesn’t suck up anything off of grout on tiled floors, as others have mentioned. I don’t care how long you explain why you thought not having a vacuum included was better, I just want the product to work. I crumbled some crackers onto the floor and ran this next to a Tineco. The Tineco immediately sucked up the crackers out of the grout, and the floor was spotless. Not only did the Dyson not remove the crumbs from the grout, it turned them into a soggy mess, that even the Tineco had issues completely removing. You can spend less money than what this Dyson costs and get a mop that cleans AND drys the brushroll, and has edge to edge cleaning. I also prefer to have all my water and waste in one bin. Having two seperate collection points for waste and water is tedious. The brush rolls stay wet after self cleaning, and will get moldy and nasty smelling after a while if you don’t remove them. The base of the machine is also too large. Yes, it covers more square footage in slightly less time, but it can’t fit between my toilets and the walls next to them, and it’s cumbersome to maneuver conpared to other brands. I very sadly cleaned, dried, and packed this back up so it could be sold as open box. If you don’t have grout, this machine would be great. Dyson really dropped the ball this time.

Perfect for a rapid cleaning add a spoon of low foam cleaner and work incredible rinse the tank after that to avoid buildup

I cleaned our tile floor with our normal mop, then I cleaned the floor with the Dyson WashG1. The amount of dirt it extracted was embarrassing. I could not believe how much more dirt it pulled out, and how much better the floor looked. This is worth every penny.

The best vac/mop money can buy along with your wife’s heart on this coming Valentine’s Day. Forget giving her a diamond give her a power mop.

Would not recommend. The wet/dry chambers do not work as marketed and the chamber frequently falls off when you lift the machine because it is only held in by one cheap plastic notch. It doesn't suck up enough water from the rollers, so don't expect that it will get rid of puddles on the floor, rather, it leaves them. The machine only works well when it is squeaky clean, it clogs very easily with pet hair despite vacuuming (with a dyson) immediately before use. Self cleaning is a joke and cannot work if you run the battery too low. Rollers smell musty if you do not disassemble the machine and deep clean after each use. Self cleaning cycle also leaves a puddle of water under base, do not let sit on hardwood as it will warp them. I wish I could get my money back, way too expensive to be this finicky. All that said, when it does work, it does a decent job cleaning

I already told a neighbor what I thought and she went out and bought one and is extremely pleased. My floors have never looked as good. They look as if they were just laid. It is effortless to clean the floors now.

I should have returned it when I had a chance to but I had high hopes. It cleans very well and doesn't leave streaks like the other cleaners I've tried. It's light and easy to maneuver Like most Dyson products, it was easy to set up. I loved it, until I used the self cleaning cycle. Now it leaks and removing the filter and brushes and reassembling it after cleaning is major pain. This is when I realized how cheaply made the parts are. I'm so disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER! THE G1 BROKE 1 WEEK AFTER 1 MONTH RETURN PERIOD WAS UP. IT LEAKS DIRTY WATER EVERYWHERE WHEN YOU TILT THE DEVICE. IT DOESNT PICK UP ANY WATER AND LEAVES PUDDLES EVERYWHERE. THEY OFFER NO SUPPORT FOR GETTING A REFUND. I GET HUNG UP ON EVERY TIME I CALL DYSON SUPPORT. EVERY TIME I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR, I WOULD GET HUNG UP ON. LOOK AT HOW THEY REPLY TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS..... THE SAME "CONTACT THIS EMAIL.....". THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF YOU AND THAT IS NOT RIGHT FOR A MACHINE THAT COSTS THIS MUCH! THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY! NEVER BUYING ANYTHING DYSON AFTER THIS EVER AGAIN!

I love this mop, so easy to do. Saves your back no hauling and lifting akward buckets and nasty mops. Love it

I love the Dyson WashGI. It makes mopping faster and a bucket.

Not worth the money we have ceramic tile throughout the house and all it did was leave water on floor not for us the dryer does not work that great in our opinion maybe others with wood had better results but machine not for ceramic floors
