Hello Best Buy, I hope you’re doing well. I’ve been patiently waiting for my game, but it has now been three weeks and I still have not received it. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to cancel the order. Please understand that I’ve tried to be patient, but I am disappointed with the delay. I will be leaving a one-star review, not out of anger, but simply because I did not receive the service I expected. However, I do understand that this is a busy time of year with the holiday season, and I truly appreciate all of your hard work. Thank you for your time, and I hope you understand.
