Worst team cortland

Will never go back spent over 100k in my 8 years with Best Buy. A multi billion dollar company should spend some money on training. Requested a call back and the national hotline called me on a Saturday to waste an hour of my time and had no clue of the issue was. Lol Stick with pc Richard or aj.

Pre-Order Bonus cancelled while item is in transit

I contacted customer support in chat, and was told that duplicated bonus were applied. I purchased this game from Bestbuy although it takes longer to be delivered because of pre-order bonus listed, but Bestbuy cancelled it even before I receive the item.... false advertisement.

The bonuses are false. Also never receive the jersey

Also pre ordwr the game becuasd if the downloads just for best buy to cancel them. Contacted customer service and all they said was sorry. Trash service
