Haven't played a FIFA since '14 but this one hasn't disappointed so far. Pretty much the same as I remember. Shame it doesn't have the story mode like the consoles do but the be a pro is still fun and all the other modes are still available. Plus it looks pretty decent and runs well so you don't miss out on the fancy new engine the others have too much, until the close ups where it looks a little dated, but still not too bad. If you like FIFA already, you won't be disappointed.

I'm a huge Fifa fan and was glad to see Fifa 18 on switch. This is a true Fifa game and comes with most of modes that have been on Fifa throughout the years. The graphics are pretty good, much better than I expected for the Switch. The gameplay and player movement seems pretty realistic. I haven't tried online mode yet, but manager mode is awesome and very realistic. Ultimate team mode is great for building your fantasy team. This is a great game for the classic Fifa lovers.

Even donis not the exact copy of the PS4 or XBOX but this game is fun for any FIFA fan or PES. I prefer PES games but there’s no PES for Nintendo Switch. Graphics are great more like PS3 graphics but with tech of modern console, such as 60 frames game play at 720p. I been playing a lot of career mode and is super fun. Recommended to any soccer player. My only disappointment is the price, it should be around $39 dollars not $59.

A portable FIFA could have been amazing. Compromising on visuals for 60 FPS was a good choice. This game runs smoothly. Unfortunately EA chose to shortchange Nintendo owners yet again. Not including The Journey mode and other things available to Xbox and PS4 has nothing to do with the Switch’s ability to handle those features. It was simply a choice to not put the resources into bringing those experiences to Switch owners. Also, not building in the ability to play with friends over the internet is a terrible oversight. To be clear, Nintendo is partially to blame for not having a fully developed online experience ready, but EA should have built this in Leto the game—no excuse for this. To be clear, the modes available run very well. It’s just a shame EA put out a shell of the game they put on other platforms. Sadly, it doesn’t even include all the features FIFA 17 included on the other systems. Hopefully EA remedies some of the missing features and finally decides to treat Nintendo fans fairly in future releases.

Being a faithful Nintendo follower, I have always been disappointed in the lack of sports game for the Nintendo platform. I understand why there weren't many, but Fifa 18 should open the gates for sports to come back onto a Nintendo platform. It is a smooth game and the fact that I can play on the TV and then on the toilet without ever having to hit pause is awesome. Highly recommend for Switch owners.

If you're a soccer (football) fan, then this could be a great purchase. It's not the strongest, prettiest FIFA to date, but it sure does play well and smooth at a locked 60fps. If you want to play FIFA anywhere, then this is a must buy. If you prefer the immersion and great graphics on the Frostbite Engine, then a home console or PC would be better. A stable game to have for the incredible Switch, in the end.

When I first heard that Fifa was coming to the Nintendo Switch I was excited but then when time went by, I heard that it is not a direct port from the ps4/xbone versions. But the gameplay does feel like Fifa. Just a few modes that are missing and the quality isn't that great compared to how 2k18 looks. Overall Fifa on the switch is fun, but if you are a hardcore fifa fan, I would get it on the other consoles.

this is probably the best iteration of a mobile FIFA experience that has ever been available. it does not feel like a dumbed down version of a console game. it is very responsive. good game to have on the go. it does not have the coveted campaign mode which feels like a cut corner. overall, it is a great experience and i feel like i got my money's worth.

It's exactly what you imagined that it would be. I love the fact that I can take this with me and just play whenever. Definitely like this over the other options available. Yeah, we might be missing a few game modes, but, in the end, if you're getting this game, you just wanna play some soccer, no matter where. Have fun with it!

I loved playing FIFA on my PSP... but this is way better on the Switch. I know it has less features than the X1 and PS4 versions, but I don't need more than this game comes with. I mostly play by myself. I am currently doing the career mode. I have done the tutorial mode too. I haven't gone online but I didn't really get the game to get destroyed online by people that actually play hours on end. :P I am looking forward to get to the WC update so I can go for the campionato mundial with team USA real soon! By the way, I prefer playing on my big screen because the ball is hard to see for me on the Switch screen when I turn the back-light down completely.

Fifa 18 on the Switch is a fun game that has nice graphics. The game is somewhat hard to master, perhaps because it is t he first time I have played Fifa. There are good tutorials to help with gameplay. There are multiple types of gameplay: local, online, season, etc. If you like soccer, then I would recommend this game.

    Fifa for switch?

If switch is your only console get it because it’s FIFA 18. It’s that simple. Reviews will pick apart the Switch version in comparison to PS4 or Xbox, of course it is not going to match up to those. If you just wanted to have fun in buying only a switch and want to play FIFA this defiantely will fill that need.

While I am not a football/soccer fan, I know enough about the game to understand the rules and basic tactics. That being said, FIFA 18 is an enjoyable game from my point of view. Not sure about actual soccer/football enthusiasts, though. It is definitely a great game for the Switch platform. Portable fun.
