    Very flaky Bluetooth connection

It's next to impossible to get the both pieces connected long enough to get the hearing test done and get it fitted. One of them keeps timing out when connecting and both keeps dropping the connection once connected. It comes with single set of tubes which was way too short for me. I had to call them to send me longer ones. They are cheap pieces of plastic, so I have no idea why they don't include different sizes like other manufacturers do. The hearing test result was somewhat odd. The screen said it was decreasing the volume, but the tone actually sounded louder. Then the result came back telling me that I need boost on low frequency, which is opposite to what I got with Lexie. On the upside, you can input audiogram to fit it. It also has 5 band equalizer to fine-tune the fit. I wouldn't trust the app's hearing test. I'd get an audiogram done and use that instead. I'm exchanging it with a different set to see if that fixes the Bluetooth problem. If not, I'm returning it for refund.

Excellent aids.. I input my audiology test results and a vast improvement over previous amplifiers. Only concern: charge only last about 10hours. I recharge for an hour in the evening or would be 5 stars. Great value at the sale price!

These are equivalent to the earing aides I purchased for $1,500. They can be customized on your smartphone for each ear with more than one program for different activities. You can also change the volume on the individual earpieces.

I bought it for my father who has hearing problems. He said he likes them and is comparable to the one he spent thousands. However, one of issues he had was the reconnection. It seems every time after he charges the devices, he needed to go through the connection processes. I am still trying to figure out if there is an easier way.

I have used the Tweak Enhanced for 2 weeks now and would definitely recommend. I have really struggled for years hearing in large crowds and restaurants. I have never tried hearing aids before so I didn't really know what to expect. I am very happy with the Tweak Enhanced. They are very comfortable and after a few days I could barely tell I was wearing hearing aids. I have worn them to a large meeting and out to restaurants and it made a huge difference. I could hear everything clearing for the first time in years. I like the App which allows me to fine tune the settings.

I got these after reading about them in Wirecutter. So far I like them quite a bit. The huge discount on them through Best Buy made the purchase a spectacular deal!

Great fit in the ears and they stay in while I walk and jog. Sound amplification is excellent and very adjustable. My only suggestion would be to make them Blue Tooth friendly. Great price also when compared to hearing aids.

These were bought for my husbands grandmother. She used them one time and were helpful to hear the TV and us but never used them again.

They do not work. Don’t waste your money. They are not a substitute for hearing aids. They amplify sound somewhat but you won’t get speech clarity

The product sat on your shelf too long and therefore did not work properly. I sent it back to Tweak and they fortunately replaced it. I had to pay to send it back along with insuring the mailing for safety's sake. Tweak Enhance App Control is a great product. So, this cost me more in time and effort and $ than I expected. I believe in the product - not your service.
