My wife’s asthma has been acting up. I saw an ad for this and thought it can’t hurt to try it. We have a Tempurpedic mattress and it is at least 7 years old and never had a vacuum taken to it. I was not sure about speed and went what I thought was very slow. When pushing away from me I could feel the heat. The heat seems to just be exhaust from the motor and that ven is only a couple of inches wide. There was some measure of dust and such captured and I would equate it to less than half a teaspoon. I used it on the upholstered headboard and that captured a lot more. Maybe an additional tablespoon? So I can’t say it hurts to have that dust gone, but I am at the same time not sure it was worth the cost.
