Called customer service and the fraud department and they declined to help. Told me to contact ebay instead. Digital gift card purchases are NOT RECOMMENDED from BESTBUY!

Don't buy a digital giftcard through bestbuy

Its been 24 hours and the digital card hasn't been sent to me, the ebay auction is over, and customer support just keeps saying its on the way. Save you time and buy it somewhere else.

I bought the gift card under the understanding that I would have the code within minutes; clearly not the case.
