Don’t buy from Best Buy, don’t add the warranty.

Had for 2 months before it started giving me an error code E09. I would walk for about 30 minutes before the machine would just turn off and flash E09. I do not recommend this treadmill and I really DO NOT recommend Best Buy’s warranty. It’s a scam, they say you get 3 years of geek squad service, but if your treadmill stopped working like mine within the first year, then all of a sudden it’s echelons problem. If the first year is a manufacturers warranty only, wouldn’t that mean I’m only getting 2 years of geek squad? Why am I paying for 3 years then? I have put too much faith in them honoring their policies and warranties like they did in the past. I purchased the warranties for anything over 150, and never had an issue. Never again.

Sturdy and pretty quiet. I put it together myself by looking at the video they provide when you use the QR code. I had it delivered and they took it to my 3rd floor for me. I think it took longer to break down the box then it took to put it together.Make sure you look through the entire box because some parts are hidden. Great purchase and I would definitely recommend.

The treadmill is fantastic it is fast, and its foldable, even tho its so huge its so good. I do tend to wish that the treadmill with on the walkway was wider, but its still very sturdy strong and its incredibly reliable. I recommend

worked great once all the plug extentions got plugged in right. Why the have three identical plugs that can be misplugged the world will never know. Don't waste your money on the technical support. They are completely useless and only waste your time when you could be figuring out the three identical plug thing all by yourself

This review is regarding my personal experience assembling this treadmill. I would suggest not buying ANY echelon fitness equipment if you are not mechanically inclined. I say this because this treadmill came with NO instructions or operations manuals. It had a card with a QR code that said scan this or go to the website for instructions. Tried both and all they wanted was more information and to try signing you up for a subscription service. There were some general assembly videos, but who can hold a cell phone, watch a tiny phone screen and assemble a treadmill at the same time? Finally found a PDF document from assembly which turned out to be generic directions that said nothing about where any screws went or what connectors go where. So, I tossed the phone aside and used my own common sense along with a bit of trial and error on what screws fit where. It also helps that when I used to work at Sears, they had us, the regular workers, assemble everything from fitness equipment to grills, etc. without any actual training or experience. So, bottom line is this treadmill is together and working. Now figuring out how to actually use it is another story. The basics are there. On, off, start and stop. Hope this was helpful for anyone considering buying a none assembled treadmill. Be warned...Best Buy wants an additional $300 to assemble it for you.

Within the 2nd time of utilizing this treadmill it begin to give us problems. We noticed that it would stop working in mid workout, the treadmill would just stop abruptly. We also noticed that we had to unplug, replug for the treadmill to start up again. Completely discouraged me from working out.
