Had this treadmill 6 wks now and use it 4-5 times a wk. I only use it for walking 2.5mph on incline 1 and it’s perfectly fine with this. The motor is quite and doesn’t make a lot of foot vibration. While it handles speeds over this just fine, I find it creates a lot of foot noise and vibration on the floor, even with a mat. I’ve tried using it at 2.0 for slow walking while working and the belt catches a little. Overall, the motor is not that strong. The deck is hard and is just one step above walking on pavement. I’ve owned $1200 treadmills with great suspension and soft decks, so it is a bit frustrating it’s like this for the price. Set up/take down is super-fast. I can move it to another room and be fully set up in 4 minutes. When standing upright there are wheels that go side to side and forward/back though the forward/back wheels don’t push that great. I have hard wood floors but pushing it onto the mat is tough so might be more challenging on carpet. It’s lightweight and easy to push sideways and I can easily lay it down flat. But since I’m only 5’1 it is a bit more challenging taking it from floor to upright position and requires some strength. The controls and buttons are just okay. On the left side of screen, it moves between heart rate and distance and picks up my Garmin Dual HRM strap no issues. Right side shows speed. I set my tablet in the middle of screen which covers up the incline and programs. You have quick adjustments on left and right but if you like doing intervals you’ll be stuck using the adjustments on the handlebars. The speed and incline buttons are not placed well on handlebars and easy to bump if you grab the handle with one hand to try and take a drink with the other. I have not tried the Echelon app because I have an iFit membership and other iFit machines. I use this treadmill unpaired and cast to my Chromecast TV via Google Home. The reason I bought this treadmill was because I have no space for a traditional fold up treadmill and this fits behind my bedroom door against the wall. I also needed something with a quiet motor to not disturb the person on the floor below. It serves this purpose. But if you have space for a regular folding treadmill, I recommend that as this treadmill is way overpriced for what it is. You can get a much better motor and suspension system for equal or less the price.

I only had my STRIDE for a few days and I love it. It checks most of the boxes that I had for a treadmill with the most important being a space saver since I have a small workout room with limited space. The machine is quiet and sturdy. It also looks great in my space.

I like this truly tread mill. Great for small spaces and have great incline and speed. The only issue is a major one. Sometime I can't turn it on. I click on start button and it won't go.

Was told they would put it together. Well that’s what the salesman stated anyway. I asked them if they are putting it together for me as salesman said. They just stated is all they do is deliver

Worked for 1 month and then started elevating during 3-5 minutes of starting workout. Called customer service and was instructed to reset machine but no changes occurred. Was sent to “higher technical support” and haven’t heard back for 3 months.

Good treadmill. I don't use treadmills very often so I do not have much to compare it to. But it is compact and fits nicely in my room. Folding and unfolding it is very easy. The display is simple yet very nice. I have enjoyed using it almost 5 - 6 times per week.

I have been using this for several weeks now and so far so good. The best thing about this treadmill is the small size and how extremely easy it is to setup out the because there’s no assembly required.

great treadmill with foldability. i can put this treadmill up the wall and virtually gets out of the way, which is awesome when i need to clean the floor or need more space. it's awesome. i'm a big dude about 250 lbs and limit is 300. hopefully it will go under after more use.

Do not buy this treadmill (Echelon Stride). I purchased on August 15th with delivery on August 20th. After 7 weeks of light use the treadmill controls stopped responding while in use (e.g., stop button, increase or decrease speed or incline were all unresponsive) and had to use emergency stop to safely stop equipment. The treadmill is under warranty, which I confirmed with Best Buy but past period of return. I have been trying unsuccessfully for 4 weeks with Echelon support to have the issues addressed. I have provided proof of purchase twice and have been working with two different representatives, as the first representative stopped responding after two weeks. The equipment is expensive and they are not responsive to warranty issue.

Love the treadmill specially because it folds for a small place. The down fall is if you fold up and strap it to the wall it becomes a and issue for folding up and folding down.

Excellent quality. Timely delivered. Good for small areas. Happy with the purchase.

Unit worked for just 4 months and then suddenly stopped working for no reason (turns on, but refuse to start a run). Literally it has been used no more than 25 times in total! Echelon Support is helpless and not longer responding to messages and Best Buy is also not able to help and redirecting to Echelon. Terrible experience, never buy such item again from BB.

Echelon fit treadmill gives you a workout in so many ways

Facts: After only a few months, the platform vibrates. Customer service will troubleshoot, and when they can’t figure it out, escalate to a tech group who never call back. Multiple calls, multiple escalations, no calls back for over two months. I can’t use my treadmill. I’m out $1400. I can’t use a warranty when no one at Echelon Tech responds.

It was nice while it lasted, but that was not long. Less than a month in and the motor started going out. I don't even weigh 100lbs.
