Easy to use, hard to install

The technician did not show up until 5:18. They finished my car at 8:19. I'll never buy another thing from Best Buy. Neither will my sons and granddaughters facebook friends when they hear my story.

Geek Squad did not have proper tools to install

When I got there they told me they didn't have the tool to remove the old mirror because I had a Ford. I returned the product..

Get a dash unit to instead
