    this should never have been ordered. with the touch screen radio being installed the screen that the camera came with wasn't necessary.

    I have a Honda Ridgeline truck. I didn’t have to drill any holes and the wiring was easy once I found the right wire to connect it to.

    After almost a month and 6 phone calls to Best Buy and Echomaster I found out that I need additional parts to make this thing work. Customer service at Echomaster is terrible; no-one answers the phone (cut off twice) and Best Buy has such a complicated phone system that unless you are a computor geek you have a problem. Will be my last buy.

    Web site and instructions claim it had a range of something like 385 foot, got this to put on the back of my travel trailer which is about 40 from back to driver seat. Could barely get any signal at all. Called customer service they admitted this was a typo it should be 38 foot range. Sent it back and got a wired system now works great.

    Was literally the only backup camera in stock so I got it. It sucks. Still rely heavily on my rearviews to back in and out of parking spots. Really the only thing it's good for is to make sure you are not running over something directly behind you that you would possibly have not caught in your rearviews.
