Excelente product super satisfying and amazing the way incorporated to my smart eco system

East Set Up and Start Saving Money. I now have 2 Ecobee Smart Programmable Touch Screen Thermostat in my home.

Great product. Recommended by my hvac installer. I’ve used nest and Honeywell lyric in the past. Ecobee seems to be better than both.

I had an older Nest. This was an upgrade. I wanted Apple HomeKit compatibility. I like the interface more than Nest. Extra sensor is handy if worried about kid’s room temps.

The device works well. I am pleased with its unique features and performance. We can monitor the temperature at home and away.

I highly recommend this smart thermostat. I read so many good reviews about this new version and they were accurate. It was so easy to install and use after.

My Google nest was going out, and my HVAC technician suggested the ecobee. This thing has been nothing but a headache. The settings were way to complicated. I got this in the summer and after multiple attempts to get the settings correct, I wound up paying another $200 just to have my technician come out and set it up for me. Afterwards it functioned as it should and the house was finally cool again. Fast forward to winter, I don't use dual settings, now my thermostat is all wonky again. The thermostat will show it's 70 in the house but it's freezing. So, I thought ok, just adjust the minus and plus in the settings to get it to read properly. Nope! Still, it will show the inside temp is 70 but it's still freezing in the house. I will set the heat to 72 to get the heat to kick on and 10 - 15 minutes later it's getting toasty; I look at my thermostat, and it now reads 67. So, tell me how the reading goes from 70 to 67 with the heat running and the house pretty clearly being warmer. At this point I'm not sure I want to spend another $200 to have a technician come out to work on it. I'm going to try taping the little hole where the wires come out of the wall and see if it works. If not, this thing is getting donated and can become someone else's problem. Thanks ecobee for all the money I've wasted.

Great product easy set up and programming beats anything else I have had.

I only rated because i had toi stall their power adapter because there was no c wire. Strange because my nest 3 didnt need anything special and it powered up without having to tear into the furnace side on the controlls. Works about the same as nest. Not sure which one i like better.

My energy bills have gone down thanks to this thermostat. I have excellent control of my HVAC system no matter where I’m at whether I’m at home or away from home. The smart sensors are the underrated part of the package.

I chose this over a nest simply because I wanted to try something different. This device is just as good, if not better, than the nest. I highly recommend it.

This is a terrific thermostat. I love that I can control it from anywhere on my phone.

I am using this in a 4 bedroom, trilevel house and it replaced a basic thermostat that was probably 20 years old. The ability to have the thermostat average the temperature across different sensors is extremely effective at cooling the house. I also like how it will adjust the temperature based off the cost of electricity, precooling the house when the electricity is cheaper so the hvac will not need to run electricity prices go up.
