Great little sensors which looks nice and modern. I have them in the kids room as the rooms get cold. The Ecobee has the sleep scheduled wich only looks at the sensors in the kids room to keep an optimal sleeping temperature. Great product but expensive.

In the summer, my bedroom becomes extremely hot but the Living room is cooler (7 degree delta) . Since My thermostat is in the living room, the AC stops when Living room is 72 but my bedroom will be 79. But having the sensor in my room really kept the ac running and cooling my room. Maybe i am not saving money but i am spending more money, but at least I keeping the right temperature between rooms. I had an issue pairing the sensors because my thermostat firmware was not up to date, so I contacted ecobee and they updated my firmware. I wish the sensors also have humidity sensing including.

Extremely easy to setup...integrated with remote app automatically and is very helpful in allowing you to manage your homes balance of heat & cool. Also has a function that allows your system to know where you are at to automatically manage the temp where you are at.

I bought these to add in junction to my thermostat and they definitely help keep my house temperature regulated. They did have this weird connection issue with the software that was on my home thermostat but with one phone call to tech support they handled it very swiftly.

temperature sensing is accurate but motion sensing not so accurate.

The idea is superb to have satellite sensors in order to adjust the temperture depending on which room people are occupying. The sensor performence is excellent as far as temperture. In regard to sensing moving objects, there is some delay, it could be designed on purpose to make sure the moving object is staying in the room. I am using it with a wall mount, there is a foraward and downward tilt by design which I did not like. The old edition did noy have this tilt and was flat which I liked it more. There is a risk to damage the wall when you try to take the sensor off the mount as the sensor is firmly attached and you need a force to take it off to replace a battery for example. No screws come with the wall mout which is a disadvantage as you need to shop around for a secrew to fit.

I purchased these to go with my ecobee lite thermostat and I couldn’t be happier! With these I no longer have a warmer living room! We placed on in our living room and one in our master and the thermostat it’s self is in our main hall. Before these I had my ac temperature set to 74° because it was always so warm in the rooms but after a couple days with these we were able to push our temp up to 76° and be actually comfortable in our home! I definitely recommend adding these! We are finally comfortable in our home! Set up was simple and took us less then 15 minutes. Ecobee support emailed me fast and even on a holiday to get my firmware upgrade pushed to me so that I could get these paired!

Great addition to the ecobee thermostat. Simple to add to the system and helps balance the whole house better.

Pricey, but worth it to increase comfort in rooms that are outliers compared to the thermostat.

These sensors are great! Love how you can use these in conjunction with ecobee to get hvac to turn on and off according to temp reading away from thermostat. We also have it to turn on the upstairs hall light using automation when it detect motion.

Do exactly what they state. Helped me adjust some things at home due to certain bedrooms running hotter than others. If you have the setup, these are a great addition.

Setting them up was a little strange but once I got them hooked up through the app the right way, they worked great. Great option for me because my downstairs gets colder than upstairs and these balances them out. It also knows if I'm in the room or not.

Very easy to setup! Follow me feature is great! Keeps the room I am in at the temperature I want. Bought on sale and definitely worth it.

Works well and allows me to get my office temperature under control. Using these two plus the main unit allows me to get an average temperature in the house. This won’t fix your issue if you need duct work though.

These sensors paired quickly to our thermostat. They’re replacing a faulty one of Ecobee’s original room sensors that was burning through a battery every 2 weeks. Stability has been rock solid - and we’re able to place the second sensor in a room that was too far away previously. That said, I use these sensors to calibrate the airflow in our home when switching from AC to Heat. Once that’s done, they basically just affirm that no one is uncomfortable and the temp stays stable. A true solution to multiroom comfort are duct grates that open and close to allow air into the rooms that need it while not causing too much back pressure on the main unit - effectively zoning.

Sometimes they will read wildly different than the main sensor but 95% they work amazing helping keep my house cool

The two extra sensors allow me to get a great understanding of whole home temperature. Setup could not be easier and the sensors connected right away with the Ecobee thermostat. Includes both stand and wall mount options.
