Having already purchased the EcoFlow Delta 2, I needed to buy either a larger capacity Delta 2 or a way to increase what I already have. When I found the extra battery at Best Buy (and on sale) it was a no brainer. Easily connects to the Delta 2 and you can monitor both with the EcoFlow app when connected. Be advised that this is ONLY an extension battery to use with a Delta 2. It is not a stand-alone battery and has NO other connections other than to the Delta 2. Please do not buy (even on sale) if you need a stand-alone battery as it will not work! (Lots of complaints online about no connections). As for being a smart extra battery, this is perfect and does its job well. This has extended my run time extensively and safely. I now don't worry if I will run out of power and have the ability to add additional items if needed. Hope this helps you!
