I would have given the River five stars until April. I was an early adopter, buying it when it was an Indiegogo project, and it served me well for two years. But... I took it to an event in April, plugged in a 120 VAC device, and got nothing. The display and indicators worked; the lights were on, but no one was at home, at least for AC power. I contacted EcoFlow directly and was very politely told that not only was I beyond the 18-month warranty period, which I already knew, but that EcoFlow provides no repair support. For a premium unit, on which I spent $758 for the complete package with solar charger, this is unacceptable, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
