Best purchase ever, It really cleans the floor, very practical.

For the price that it is now probably worth it to some people the price it was when I first purchased not worth the money or the headache. If you have a small space this is perfect but if you have a larger space, maybe consider a different robot that continually cleans the mopping pads

This thing is terrible. We've had it for about 3 months and it's finished a full cycle maybe twice. It gets confused and stops EVERY time. It is not intelligent at all so if anything isn't where it was when it mapped the room it gets confused. If dogs get in it's way it gets confused. We had a much cheaper shark before and it would always say least make it back to it's base. This one never makes it back. Save your money and buy something better from a trusted name.

I am not happy. Brush gets tangled everyday! Do not buy if you have pets or long hair. This device needs to be cleaned daily for it to work properly, if not it would be full of hair. I wanted so much for this to be legit but I am so dissatisfied

I wasnt sure about this vaccum at first but let me tell you it has saved me a lot of time.

This worked amazing for the first few months, I cleaned it after each use and took good care of it but something happened to one of the wheels and it won't turn. I cannot find any debris or figure out why it is not working. I don't know why I wasted over $800.00 on something that lasted from Jan 30- June 22nd.

I have been using this for a year now finally this thing broke and finally I cannot have this replaced because no one cares from where I bought any more

I paid 800$, but I have ever received the package. I contacted to support 10 times. They said still waiting for checking. Finally they said they cannot resolve it. Bestbuy is a scammer

The customer service is horrible. You have to communicate via email. They won’t help UNLESS you have the receipt.

I’ve always been a Roomba guy since the earliest days of robot vacuums (I think I paid $1000 for my first one), but always thought that if someone could come out with one for the kitchen, they’d strike it rich. Then the vacuum and mop robots came, and I got spoiled. I wanted them to empty the water as well as the dust. This is my first vacuum that does it. First thing I noticed was that the whole thing felt pretty heavy. Removing all of the shipping padding and stickers was its own task. The whole process familiarized me with all of the parts right away. The design is slick and extremely well thought out. My biggest problem at this stage was finding a good place for the base. I put it in my pantry and gave up some floor space there. The base has a snap in ramp with the water tank on the left and the dirt bin on the right. Everything is easy to empty, you just lift and snap the Tupperware-like top off to empty the dirty water tank. One thing I don’t like is that the unit uses disposable bags. After getting used to Dyson vacuums, I’d prefer a reusable bin. At least the bags are self-sealing. They’re currently about $6 a pop. The unit itself has sensors and bumpers (duh) and an easily removable water tank. The dust bin has a washable filter and easily removed roller for cleaning. It almost literally falls out when you remove the cover. The bristles are color coded and snap right on. The mop pad has a slide in tab (think Wrangler back window) and velcro hold down. It’s pretty nifty to ensure perfect alignment. If you don’t want to mop, you can leave the plastic pad where the mop pad goes. If you’ve ever cleared a paper jam or put toner in a printer, you’ll feel right at home. Setting up with the app requires scanning the QR code under the tank at which point you follow the instructions to finish setup (update, naming, wifi, blah blah). It does the normal mapping while bumping into stuff. Once you have the map, you let it do its thing. There are a bunch of settings about how fast/deep you want to clean. It goes and does its thing and I’m super impressed by how efficiently it operates. I never had any trouble with it getting stuck. Please note I only use this in my kitchen, so I intentionally put obstacles when it was mapping so it thought my kitchen had walls where the boxes were. Also note that I don’t know how this would work with rugs/carpet if you have mopping functionality on. I love that it can clean the mop pad. I’m really happy with the whole setup and my floor stays clean. Excellent job to the designers!

This review is on a Yeedi Cube Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop. The King of Robot Vacuums. I absolutely love this robot. It is a must have. This will take away your daily need to clean floors. It does an outstanding job of recognizing all obstacles. If it will fit, it will find a way to get through. It also does a fantastic job of getting into those weird corners. It can only move forward, but can twist and turn to do anything it needs to do to get around. The product comes in three sections. The base station, robot and floor ramp. You set the base station down and easily push the ramp into place. You will hear a click and then you will know that it is connected. The base holds the dirty water and a bag that holds the dirt. It comes with 3 extra bags. There are a few pieces that need to be removed like stickers and pads. The water tray is on the top of the robot and is easily removed and filled. You will need to put the plug on correctly. The brushes are color identified, so they just pop right on. The main brush is easily removed for cleaning. It comes with a flat plastic pad for regular vacuuming. It just slides right out and then you can slide the mop pad back in. It has velcro to hold them in place. Now it is ready to download the app. Setup was easy and fast but if your Wi-Fi is hidden you will have to make it visible for the robot to find it. For the first run it will map the house. I recommend, do not put the mop on at first. The mop pad will get it stuck coming off carpets and will drag small ones around. I it gets stuck it will do a pretty good job of twisting and turning to get away but it is not perfect. I still had to intervene a few times. Once you map the house you can choose to avoid carpets. The app will notify you if the battery is low and it is returning to base for a charge, Bumper error or stuck error, robot is off the ground, and reminder that it will resume cleaning after 2 hours of charging. It had enough charge to map my home that took about an hour. Now that it is mapped I can put the mop pad back on and it will lift the robot when on carpets. It is cool to look at the mapped home, however, it is upside down in the app. You can customize the rooms it cleans and schedule your routine. It does a great job of cleaning the pad and drying it out. Again, this is the robot that you should spend your money on!

Returned this product after one day of use. Pros- it looks sleek. The design of the product is very well executed. The handle that allows you to carry it was absolute genius and it made it more functional. Cons- it got stuck 3 times on my rug, which is not very high at all. It got hair wrapped around it and I had to take out the roller and use scissors to cut it off. Now, we have a dog, but we have used the shark ai ultra for two years now and when hair gets wrapped around it, it is never that hard to get it off. I had pretty high expectations for this machine, especially since it is over 600 dollars, but the app didn't map well either. I had it map the house and there was a lot of area that wasn't mapped. The only reason I gave it three starts was because of its appearance. It would probably work well if you don't have animals or rugs in your house. I ordered the Yeedi C12 ultra plus in exchange. It is bagels (win win) and it has a high suction power of 8000 pa. It's also a two in one vacuum mop and supposedly scrubs over 400 times a minute.

The Yeedi Cube Vac/Mop is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a vacuum and a mop but it’s not just any vacuum/mop, it’s self cleaning. But why a cube? That’s the best part, it’s self cleaning! The cube is the station and the vacuum just rolls right in and out, cleans itself and continues. That’s the quick and easy way to put it but there’s a lot more to this robot than any old robot vacuum cleaner. Setting up the Yeedi was easy. I just followed the instructions on the app. Named it after some clever robot reference and that was basically it. It’s not hard at all. The first time I activated it to clean, I ended up letting it roam around. It bumped into a couple of things and as I was watching the app and the Yeedi simultaneously, I noticed that it maps out your rooms. Not that it’s a feature that other Robotic cleaners don’t have, I just enjoyed the animation and it was in real time too. However, I did a recall or return to home base command on the app and nothing. This really bothered me because I’ve owned other autonomous cleaners and they’ve all behaved very well, I was feeling like Will Smith in that robot film. Humor aside, that was the only negative thing I had to say. It cleans very well, you can customize when and how you clean. You can choose to ignore carpet and even clean in a sequence depending on what room you want to start and finish in. The cube needs to be maintained once in a while, but generally you don’t touch the Yeedi. It cleans itself! That’s what sold me immediately, sure the vacuum feature where it empties your Yeedi is loud but at least it’s not you doing it. It scrubs itself as well but that’s not very loud and sort of relaxing. The multiple cleaning and scheduling options truly make this a tailored fit in your cleaning toolkit. I’m proud to say I’ve retired my old one and have let this puppy roam around when I’m not home. Would I recommend this, absolutely. Just wish they did something about the return to base issue.

The Yeedi Cube is probably the best robot vacuum/mop that I have ever had and I have been using robot mops for years. Out of the box you get the robot, cube station, detachable base, extension pad, power cord, edge brushes, and a water tank plug. There is quite a bit of setup that needs to happen. Make sure you pull off all the little stickers, install the edge brushes, and install the detachable base. You also need to install the app and let the robot charge for 6.5 hours. Once that is done you are ready to use the Yeedi Cube. Using the app to connect to wifi, I initially had trouble trying to get it to map the house. I looked online and saw that you have to let the unit run a complete cleaning cycle to create the initial map. When creating the map, make sure you have everything in it's place, make sure there are no cords lying about, and open all of your interior doors. I have no areas where the robot can fall, so I did not need to prepare for that. Performance wise, this thing works like a dream. The instructions do a good job of telling you how to fill the water tank, empty the dustbin and wash the filter. It really is simple. I really love this robot vac/mop and highly recommend it.
