The Yeedi Cube is probably the best robot vacuum/mop that I have ever had and I have been using robot mops for years. Out of the box you get the robot, cube station, detachable base, extension pad, power cord, edge brushes, and a water tank plug. There is quite a bit of setup that needs to happen. Make sure you pull off all the little stickers, install the edge brushes, and install the detachable base. You also need to install the app and let the robot charge for 6.5 hours. Once that is done you are ready to use the Yeedi Cube. Using the app to connect to wifi, I initially had trouble trying to get it to map the house. I looked online and saw that you have to let the unit run a complete cleaning cycle to create the initial map. When creating the map, make sure you have everything in it's place, make sure there are no cords lying about, and open all of your interior doors. I have no areas where the robot can fall, so I did not need to prepare for that. Performance wise, this thing works like a dream. The instructions do a good job of telling you how to fill the water tank, empty the dustbin and wash the filter. It really is simple. I really love this robot vac/mop and highly recommend it.

Our home is roughly 2400 sq feet upstairs and the same downstairs, upstairs we have NO carpet downstairs is a combination of carpet/tile. We have another brand robot vacuum that we are extremely satisfied w/. We also have two dogs, one is a Golden Retriever that sheds a lot. W/ the basement being mostly carpet and we made the decision of placing our other robot vacuum downstairs because we wouldn’t need to use the mop feature that this ECOVACS cube pro Robot vacuum comes w/. This vacuum is extremely well made and is so easy to set up and use, I did charge the battery overnight and filled the tank per instructions and allowed it to “do its thing” as far as programming. As far as the vacuum function of this ECOVACS, it seems to clean better than the other we have, a lot better. The mop feature is a PLUS on this machine and it really cleans well w/ no “spillage” or left over water spots. I love the feature that you can truly spot clean w/ the included handle and when it says spot clean it performs far better than our other robot vacuum spot clean does. The App was easy to set up and pair, was actually flawless. My only complaint about this ECOVACS robot vacuum is the size of the home unit, it is extremely large compared to the one we have and we actually had to change the location of this due to its size, but w/ that larger base it really holds a lot of debris before needing to be emptied. Other than its size we are very pleased w/ this vacuum.

This robotic vacuum/mop is a fairly nice piece of cleaning kit. I say fairly nice because a few flaws keep it from achieving greatness. Don't get me wrong, it does an outstanding job of cleaning. No doubt about that. Let's bet the bad out of the way first. Loud. Seriously this thing is way louder than any other robotic vacuum cleaners I've ever used. I do plane spotting as a hobby and the close analogy I have for this things sound level is a MD-83 at takeoff. The other thing that border line annoys me is that when it needs something done nothing pops up in the app but rather is from an announcement from the base. If you are not right next to it when it speaks then you are out of luck. Lastly, the hardware design could be more user friendly. There are no proper instructions included or on the manufacturer website on how to load water. Trial and error found it and it could use some design improvement there. Now that that is out of the way... This thing does a phenomenal job at vacuuming up the house. It detects obstacles and avoids them. It does an outstanding job and auto emptying the dust/dirt it sucks up. Mopping could be a little better but I have no real complaints there. Overall this is a cool little bot that can get the job done. Except for a few minor issues I'd have no problem giving it a 100% rating. Those minor issues limit my rating to a solid 80%

The YEEDI Cube Vac/Mop is well-built and versatile robot vacuum cleaning system. I have used several robot vacuum cleaners over the last few years. They range from the early robot vacuum cleaners that were not very smart and were of questionable value to the more modern ones that use more intelligent routing, can be controlled by an app, and include a disposal station. The YEEDI Cube Vac/Mop is the best that I have used and also performs mopping. The YEEDI is easy to setup and use and clear setup instructions are provided. A quick start video is also included. Just socate and setup the Cube station, setup the robot, and download the YEEDI app. Charge the robot and you are ready to go. In actual operation, the YEEDI is very quiet and efficiently vacuumed our hardwood floors and rugs and effectively mopped the tile and hardwood floors in our kitchen and other areas. I highly recommend the YEEDI Cube Vac/Map to anyone looking for a quality robot vacuum cleaning system that both vacuums and mops.

I love having a robot vacuum, it’s so awesome to just have a clean floor, and the programming has gotten quite amazing over the years. We have a few rugs that it goes over, but it doesn’t seem to soak the rugs at all, I’m not sure if it is because it uses so little water I can’t notice or because it is smart enough not to soak the rug. But it doesn’t bug me that it vacuums the rug as well. It has the downstairs mapped nicely and divided everything into the rooms decently accurately. I don’t see a way to just say don’t clean room 4, but I was able to a no clean zone over the room and the solved the problem (my office is always a hazard for an unsupervised vacuum). What I especially love is that it is lower maintenance. It will go back empty itself of water or dust and get back to work, though our downstairs is big enough it needs to go charge up as well after a bit but honestly, it’s not really a problem because it takes care of itself. The water is definitely more high maintenance than the dust, but I love that I don’t have to deal with the water every time now. The app keeps me well informed as to what I need to take care of and if the water does get full it doesn’t just stop, it continues to vacuum saying it can’t mop anymore. Which I appreciate as I can always run it again to mop later and getting stuff vacuumed up is definitely a preferred choice for me. Overall, I think the biggest issue I have is the water reservoir isn’t bigger, except if it either was bigger I’m not sure I’d love the size as this guy goes right under the couch which is perfect. Even the round design is fixed with the long sweeping brushes that help it get further into corners.

With a cat, dog, 6 kids and a house thats 80/20 hardwood to carpet ratio the one thing I wish I had was a professional cleaner to come in and clean lol. Now, I dont have that although I do have this Yeedi cube self cleaning self emptying vacuum mop robot and thats the next best thing. Before this ive never used one of these before so I didnt really know what to expect. After the initial setup and following everything step by step and getting the app it’s absolutely amazing. First I didnt think that it would actually be able to get corners or under cabinets but apparently it can because it does lol. The fact that everything is literally auto is insane, I have a two step entry way drop down and it uses its laser guidance to detect it and avoid dropping off the stairs which is great. The specs state 180 mins run time per charge and id say thats accurate and battery life is not something I have to worry about at least with around 1600 sq ft it just does its thing. The app is sick you can set custom cleaning zones and schedules and anything you’d want to know. This thing is an absolute beast and something I can now not live without. I feel like im living on the Jetsons or something when I can use Alexa to send my robot vacuum and mop machine around the house its so so cool!

The EOCOVACs Robotics Robot Vacuum and Mop is a very good and smart helper for the home. The set up was very simple and once you have the yeedi app installed you can create a map of your home and divide the rooms and then select what you want cleaned if you do not wish to have the whole house done. The water capacity is good however i would suggest using the mop option daily on high traffic areas as the amount of water it puts out will not get the nasty stuff once it dries out. The machine itself does not run into things hard like other machines i have used in the past. The home base will self-empty the vacuum and clean and dry out the mop attachment. When it washes out the mop it will put the dirty water into a side compartment that will need to be emptied out regularly, but it does have a high capacity in case you do forget. One thing I did dislike was the fact that the vacuum self-empty empties out to bags rather than having a separate compartment. The issue with this is that the bags are not reusable, and you will need to buy more when needed. But over all this is a great smart machine that i would highly recommend.

I'm extremely pleased with this vac/mop. Works as advertised, simple, no problems. BUT, it does have issues. I'm not impressed with the navigation and mapping systems. The room map is very primitive, lacks much detail, and looks like something from the 90s. Navigation seems at time rather haphazard; I have witnessed it bump into a plant stand, back up, then take a high-speed run and slam into it for no reason. No-go zones are questionable. All that aside, it gets the job done and all the hardware, including the station, performs flawlessly. For the discounted price, I couldn't be more satisfied.

Did not meet my expectations. Need to change to mop from vacuum

Worked great until 3 months in and now it won't turn on. Called Yeedi customer service and they told us Best Buy is not an authorized dealer and they would not honor our warranty. Called Best Buy who initially told us they will honor it. Made an appointment with Geek Squad who said they don't in fact honor it. So we are now out $800 with no way to fix or replace our the broken one we have. Genuinely disappointed in Best Buy for not following through with what they said they would do.

Terrible customer service. Claims to have a “worry free warranty” a drive motor went bad after 2 months. When I emailed yeedi I was met with every excuse why they were not responsible for their own product. They actually asked me to have best buy contact them on my behalf because bestbuy is not an authorized dealer so I am not eligible for the “worry free warranty”. So at this point this vacuum was just a $700 loss

Do not buy! Mine stopped charging after 7.5 months. I reached out to Yeedi and they told me I had to contact Best Buy because Best Buy is not a preferred seller. Best Buy says they can't do anything because it's a manufacturer warranty. Now I have an $800 paperweight. I'm really not happy!
