We got this one to replace the N79 model. I wanted the virtual walls option because the N79 would always get stuck somewhere despite any efforts to block it. So far it has been awesome. This one took several hours to map house the first time, but now its very efficient and is finished in under 35 to 40 mins using a specific cleaning pattern insteadofjust random. The only complaint is the suction power is not as good as the N79. I had regular or maximum options on the N79 and this one has no options. It does not clean as good but its not a regular vacuum either. It does keep dust and hair to a minimum until the next normal deep clean.

I have two cats and a dog so pet hair is a thing in our house. This vacuum and mop does wonders. Although our WiFi isn’t strong enough until we get our cell booster so I haven’t gotten to use it remotely yet but I can’t wait to get that set up so I can start it while I’m at work and can come home to a clean home. Also mopping setting obviously isn’t a deep clean or scrub but it keeps the tile floors fresh from minor dirt spots. Also got it on sale for 40% off which is why I scored it so high for value. Not sure if I’d have bought it for full price or gone with a cheaper model

This was my second robo vac that I owned after upgrading from the DeeBot N79S. This model was a big upgrade over the N79S. I really liked the fact that it mapped out the entire house and cleaned well. This vacuum is smarter than than my previous model as it cleans in lines without missing much it cleaned well. The mopping feature was ok but it is really not made to do heavy mopping , just light mopping with a pad . No for the issues I experienced. I could not get this vacuum to go over two large floor rugs I have with black borders . I have read that other robot vacs have the same issue . I contacted customer service and they recommended that I put masking tape over the drop sensors which did not work for me. Also, if the vacuum battery runs low during cleaning , it should go to the charging station , recharge and return to the spot where it left off. I could not get this vacuum to start cleaning again after recharging even though I had all App settings set correctly. My home is about 2500 square feet and this model just don’t haven the battery capacity to clean on one full charge. Probably better suited for a smaller home. I gave the unit 3 stars as for the price it’s a good deal but it just does not do what I needed it to do.

If you have an Android, the app is not currently available in the app store as of 4/9/2020 (not sure about Apple). I found that out after trying to set it up a million times and failing. I contacted ECOVACS on their website and they told me the app is down and I will just have to wait and watch for it to come back up. It is still possible to run your deebot in auto mode without any mapping or any of the stuff that was the reason I bought this model over the model that doesn't have an app. It does a pretty good job vacuuming (we have all vinyl flooring), it only missed a few spots but that was partially our fault. We have a cat and a chinchilla so it did have its work cut out for it, definitely worth not having to sweep or vacuum myself. Haven't tested out mopping yet since we want to be able to map it for that. Would probably be a 4 or 5 star review if the app was available. I said would recommend to a friend but that's also under the condition that the app was actually available.

Cleans better than expected, and mop function is pretty good. It doesn't support 5g wifi, so , be mindful of what your internet has. If u have a 2g, 5g internet, you might have to create seperate passwords, depends on your carrier. Their customer service is pretty good via email, telephone is terrible. The app is pretty good, mapping , virtual wall etc.. However, the app crashed on me twice, and then you half to reset EVERYTHING! That is only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star rating.

Got this specifically to pick up dog hair off a dark floor. Does well on the hardwood floor and really good on carpet. Con: Have to manually empty it after a week. Pro: Mop function is a bonus, haven't used it much but seems to work fine. App needs some work, (almost perfect) Con: Doesn't tell me when it is full. Some people said the map resets if moved, but for me, it restores itself when finds the charger. Overall i like the value and features, works well for me.

Ok I really like this mop vac. It mops, sweeps, and vacuums. I will say that the set up is aggravating though. It took 5 hrs to set up. I am tech savvy. The app just didn't want to connect on my note 9. After it finally connected and updated, it has worked nice. It picks up rooms with its radar technology. I have baby gates up and it even gets a good picture of that room with its radar.

We had a cheap robot vacuum that I had purchased off of Amazon for around $100. Needless to say this is a huge upgrade. It has done a great job of mapping out our house and not cleaning the same spot over and over again. The mopping feature was really the reason we went with this model. It isn't going to do a deep scrub of our floors, but it does a good job.

We have a Deebot 500 and it is just ok. This model is SOOO much better. The auto-mapping, the deliberate cleaning pattern, the battery life are all amazing. Haven't used the mopping feature yet but will try to soon. We got it on one of the deals so I'm marking the value as excellent, Not sure I would have at the full price.

Blown away by how good the vac is. We have a Rainbow for deep cleaning but use this one for daily floor cleaning. Alexa integrated, not too noisy, pretty durable, and overall great vac. Only thing I didn't like is how cumbersome set up was for wifi. It only uses a 2.4ghz band so I had to create a specific wifi band for it on my velop system.

I researched the robotic vacuum options and settled on this model. Sort of middle of the road in pricing. We've had it for about a month and so far I'm fairly impressed. The reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is it cannot consistently get over our thresholds between rooms so it does not clean the entire level with one run. Doesn't do great on rugs with dog hair either.

Wow - got as a Mothers Day Gift - and what a gift! Does a great job, easy to use. Didn't think I would use it as much as I do. I use it on wood and carpet - picks up lots (including pet hair). Have not used the mop option yet, but hope it does just as good as a job

This vacuum is excellent. Maps out the room very precisely and cleans well with little noise. It also recognizes the difficult areas and manages them well. The only thing about the moping is that you can only add water and it wipes. You can't add cleaning solutions to the water tank, but only to the moping pad.

Once again the customer service is outstanding. I love my Deebot 930. Easy to use,with the mopping,sweeping and vacuuming features its complete. I can use my app when I am away from home ,and come home to clean floors!

The Vacuum works well...some difficulty getting it to connect to Wi-Fi. It will definitely find and get tangled in any cords. Mapped my house easily enough. Dustbin is way too small for house with dog hair...have to keep tabs on it and empty during its run. Haven't tried the mop yet.

I have an old roomba I love. Thought I would upgrade to a fancier model. Well the new model is fussy. Don't touch it. It will clean a clean floor sort of but I'm not impressed at all. Sure wished that I had bought two more of my old one then this new one that needs more clearance. That works quieter but doesn't pick up as well. It will mop a clean floor but if it is dirty at all it just leaves a mess. To come home to a horrible looking floor means that I have to stop and mop again. What's the fun in that. The dust bin is even smaller than my old one.

We really enjoyed the deebot vac. It vacuumed very well and the map feature was really nice. It would scan your home and create a map. I could just select which room I wanted cleaned and it would clean it. Mopping feature was ok, as you could only use water in it, so you would have to pre soak your floors prior to using. I ended up returning this vacuum because after 20 days the wheel locked up and had to go with another brand because they were out of stock. New vac is ok, but I still miss my deebot.

It works well as a vacuum. The Mop feature is no something that would be used. The Mop feature was one of the main reasons I picked this robot. However in practice it is not being used. I would, however, recommend this unit even if you don't use the mop feature. It handles obstacles well and won't fall down the stairs. I was also impressed how it handles varying surfaces, including area rugs that have lifted edges. we have one area rug that is curled up in one spot significantly and it handles it without issue. Only down side I see at this point is the lack of a dumping station built into the charging base. running twice a day the on board dirt builds up pretty fast and we tend to forget to check the dirt level. If you can remember to check every few days it should not be an issue

I normally don’t write reviews, but I would have never imagined something so small having such a HUGE impact in my home. The robot is very smart, and it is true that it senses carpet verse hard floors and changes vacuum suction accordingly. The way the vacuum maps out your home is awesome, and the app on my phone works perfectly. I love this vacuum so much that I purchase the warranty from BestBuy since I use this product daily, and I’m sure the battery will have to be replaced down the road like any battery used on a daily basis. My floors have never been cleaner, and this robot makes me clean up behind myself daily so all and all a great investment.

Love this robot vacuum. The mopping feature is a cool touch but don’t expect for it to remove a embedded stain and give up having to mop lol. This will definitely clean up the dust, pet hair etc and with the mop leave it clean and presentable. The built in wifi feature is cool for wanting to tidy up an area of the home you want vacuumed prior to arriving home or at night when you forget or to tired to sweep up. I do recommend picking up some extra brushes especially for the main one in the center. That one is made out of a rubber material which will rip/tear with use.
