This vacuum really does the job. I’m amazed by how much dog hair and dirt it picks up. It is also really quite. I napped on the couch while it worked and didn’t hear it once.

At first i was very impressed with an app and how smart it is avoiding things. But it needs so so much care. At least in my house. Always stuck in the wires under the table even after i put down borders in the app. Losing mop attachment every other day for no reason. Btw it doesn't mop good at all. It was good for about a month, but now it's easier to grab a broom and do it myself. Much faster and reliable.

i had to have a replacement because the mopping feauture did not work (not a strength anyway). otherwise the vacuum is cleaning very good, the mapping system is a little difficult and outdated...

Really disappointed. The first one was a dud and it had to be returned back to Best Buy. To my luck, the price had dropped and during the return and replacement, I received a $160 refund. Should have been a full refund. Let me start out by saying I'm a real Tech Freak and our entire home is automated and would be considered a Smart Home. However, this little guy just does not fit the Smart team. We have a 2,400 sf Ranch and he just can’t keep it mapped. Can’t figure out sliding glass doors so tries to map through the glass. Gets lost constantly, gets stuck constantly, and definitely not worth the time or the money. When the Map gets messed up because he went through a wall in his dumbness, there is no restoring it because he thinks his base is somewhere else. When you rescue him and take him back to the base, he cannot restore the map so it has to be reset. Plan to take him out back and put him out of my misery. I kept hoping it would improve. Would love to return it if Best Buy would allow and re-select, but I think its too late now. I would even spend more for one that empties itself. Tried to post this on ECOVACS site but they wouldn't let it go Live for some reason.

Love my ECOVACS DEEBOT. It is so nice to be able to track his progress with my ipad, and great to be able to select particular sections to clean. I am not terribly impressed with the mopping feature though. I have only used it a couple times, but it doesn't seem very effective. It only used a tiny bit of water for the whole cycle, and didn't seem to clean all that well. The vacuuming feature is great though...picks up lots of dirt, and covers the entire area selected. Overall I am very happy with it.

I use this Deebot everyday, it cleans very well. Sometimes it has a problem making it back to the docking station, but it works well.

Works as it should most of the time. Only issue is when you have to pick it up because it got stuck or something gets moved it will reset the map wich everything gets moved around my house everyday since u have 3 kids lol so its constantly resetting the map. Another thing is the top part radar or w.e. the mapping thing on top of vacuum is taller than my older robot vacuum so it cant go under a few things that my other one could. Other than that no issues.

I was in the market for one of these and after many hours of researching them I decided to go for this one due to it being on sale. My first impressions were pretty good, took a little while to map my house but once it finally did it worked. A few days later I had issues with it losing the map. I had to remap my house for the 5th time now. It keeps running into it's docking station which moves it and then it gets lost and has to remap my house. I tried the mopping feature for the first time a day ago and I followed the directions in the manual to turn it off, then pick it up and attach the mop and set it down on the charging station and then turned it back on and it lost its map. The application for your phone is really glitchy and can't connect half the time. I have since contacted customer service to see what the issue may be but they're aren't much help

I have been a bit skeptic of having robots and bought Dyson an year back but you can vacuum manually every alternate day . Thought of trying Robot Vacuum now. I came across this DEEBOT while going through the reviews of IRobot (pretty famous) on youtube but this was better. and since changed my tune. I cannot put into words the burden that this little guy has removed from my life. The awesomeness of this machine boils down to 2 areas in which this brand exceeds all other that i have seen. Set up/App Enablement, and the tech that is involved to support that app. As the cleaner drives around my house it actually creates a little blue print of house showing floor changes (carpet/hardwood) and mapping out obstructions such as tables or couches, etc. You can set timed clean, isolate specific areas which need extra attention too. There are real time cleaning stats for geeks like me to view such as run time, sq foot cleaned, etc. My wife and I are in heaven with this little guy making daily cleaning trips. Many motion sensors, floor sensing tech to know when to switch between vacuum and mopping. The reaction time of running into obstructions was minimal too... if it bumps into a wall, the bumper senses the wall and maps it into the next route so it doesnt run into the wall again. I am beyond amazed with the tech behind this machine. All in all highly recommended and a major time saver!

I mean it's a self explanatory piece of tech. I have 4 cats at home and keeping my carpets or floors clean was a challenge. Enter DeeBot and my life has changed. Now I can run the little guy and vacuum on the weekends instead of every day after work. My wife who isn't a techie set it all up by herself app and all. So it's an easy product to use and navigate.

Works great. Helps pickup dog hair. Must have if you have have a smart home.

This is a great robot, however, if you wifi is even a little wonky, it can't always find it on the first try. Also, better for 1 story homes. Other then that it works great, doesn't fall off stairs no extras needed. Love that I can send it just to the spots I want it to clean. Always finds its way back to charge, unless on the 2nd floor. Only part that could be upgraded is the ease of wifi, as that is the only way to access all the features.

I love the functionality of this little vacuum/mop. We have tile floors and it does a great job cleaning. About a month after we bought it, the censors starting going off, saying they needed to be cleaned and the robot would just run in circles. We contacted the company for a fix, but was told it would have to be replaced. The company was great to work with and are sending a replacement out to us. Hoping the second one makes the cut :)

Good value for money but a little complicated. Best feature is it can vacum and mop.

Very simple to set up, just locate a spot for the charging base. While doing the initial charge, download the app, configure Google Home (or Alexa). Once charged, tell it to go, first time it will map out your home, thereafter, it will vacuum your whole home or a selected area. Cleans as good as an upright vacuum.

It’s an awesome product. Easy to use and set up. Really enjoyed it!

I really like this deebot Keeps your house clean And easy to used

Deebot 930 has very good vacuuming power, excellent navigation and connection with mobile app, maps home correctly with virtual boundaries. Mopping is okay(not so good), but it should improve with future releases/products. Will recommend this Robot vacuum.

We had a model that did not have the LIDAR, and we were constantly chasing it around. This model is much better. Only thing is low objects that you don't want it to clean...the LIDAR can't see those. So, it wants to go right on them. Other than that, a great little helper.

I had high hopes for this unit not bumping walls and furniture. I also like the idea of the mapping features to selectively choose where and when to clean. After several attempts to “map” the house I am still lacking a complete map. In the map learning process I have concluded that the unit needs adult supervision at all times and is not much better than its Roomba predecessor about bumping into furniture. It does appear that it takes a more contemporary cleaning pattern. The dust bin fills quickly due to its small size. I hope to get the maps working and be able to test the mopping feature.
