during initial mapping run, it got stuck under the bed at the end of the run. Getting ready for party. Cleaned so well, we did not need to use again until afterwards. This is going to save us A LOT of time and energy doing a better job than we would have.

I was skeptical at first and thought robot vacuums were a gimmick for early adopters. ECOVACS Osmo is ready for the average person who wants to keep up on their daily cleaning. My house is spotless. Mopping feature on hardwoods is very good.

Very efficient and easy to use. The robot can get tangled in loose wires easily making the robot pause the cleaning cycle. When it’s untangled, it will resume the cleaning cycle where it left off.

Very user friendly! I can use the app to set up vacuum and mopping times. I only wish it was easier placing water into the mopping option. But other than that I love it and it’s very stylish and quiet.

The mapping function has a limited range. Cleaning is ok. However, the robot wanders aimlessly and doesn’t reach all areas of the residence.

It works but you still need to be home when its going. This does get suck under tables sometimes and the front part of the couch.

This robot is the best.. It cleans on time and does an exceptional job.. I have a puppy who's an avid shedder, but no match for my robot.. My home is pet hair free.

Received Deebot as Mother’s Day gift in May 2019. Loved how it worked until about 4 months in. Contacted manufacturer since it was still under their warranty. A nightmare trying to get unit repaired or replaced. Took over 1 1/2 of back and forth emails to get a replacement unit. All the while my 1 year warranty was being used and I had no unit. Customer service could use some help! Deebot delivers when it actually works. Crossing fingers hoping this unit doesn’t fail.

The robot does good cleaning, it’s a bit difficult to get a full map but once you get it the robot works on its own very well. I would recommend this to anyone.

Its a good robot it does vaccum and mopping. Just dont like the laser is elevated. Robot get stuck because of it.

The hardest thing is remembering it’s there! It’s good for cleaning up everyday messes. The mop function isn’t the greatest but it will do for just regular maintenance. Downside is you can only put water in it.

First issue was obvious, this thing wouldnt connect to the app for nothing. Finally, my solution was not using a "hidden" network. But non of the "professionals" at ECOVACS know this and you wont find that fact anywhere online. (I didnt bother calling CS) second issue, If your able to get this to connect to the app, good luck getting the mapping feature to work correctly. You CANNOT "create" any zones. The app "does" this for you. I reset the map 4 times and still.....the zones were incorrect. Without correct zones, you cannot use the scheduling feature correctly. I got this for the mop feature and did not even get to test this out as the map would not "zone" correctly. I ended up settling on the Deebot 901 w/o mop feature. The map generated correctly with zones on the first go around. This is of course, after I got it to connect using the non hidden network. The 901 does not have flexible scheduling options but at least it worked.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. It works great. It will vacuum and mop. Works great with cat hair as well as we have three cats.

I love my robot vac. It cleans so well and so accurately. It allows me to do other things while it keeps my apt dust, dirt and pet hair free.

This thing definitely cleans! I was so surprised on how much it cleans up EVERYDAY. The mop function is so-so, but still worth it

My floors haven't looked this good for a long time. "Bottie" does an outstanding job. I haven't used the mopping feature yet so I can't comment on that.

Has made my life much easier, we have 2 birds and they are messy if you know :) I dont have to worry about it anymore, it is pretty awesome!

The Deebot Ozmo 930 is a solid choice for routine chore work. It does a superb job of vacuuming and mopping the floors and is super convenient.

One day it does great!! The next day it gets stuck! Loved the mapping on the app

I bought this one for the added mopping function but I could have saved a couple hundred bucks if I would have just bought a vacuum. The mopping really does nothing. Sometimes the map resets on it's own. The vacuum function works great but trying to clean the container can be troublesome. For this price I would have bought one that self cleans the dust into a container.
