This was given to me as a fife with a new house. It worked for the first month, but now the map never loads correctly, and it can’t find its way home. I took a chance on a knockoff brand, oh well. It would have been nice to at least get a year out of this thing.

It’s got some power and it vacuums and mops Ceramic and hardwood wish it would do carpets

Had the older version for about 3yrs and did great and now this one has done even better than the other! The mopping works great as well!

This robo vac/mop is awesome. works great. Scans the room and sets plan and goes. Mop feature is super convenient. Covers area thoroughly.

Effective and Efficient product!! If you have pets or kids, or just simply wants a clean floor this is a must have product!!

I think the problem is I do have had a 960 iRobot since 2017. We are tired to moved from floor to floor so we decided to buy a new one for our first floor which is tile. The price was so attractive for the concept. You might think is great since you would only need one robot for both vacuum and moping. Well It doesn’t really work... it took me about 30 mins to get it connected and then tested it for like 120 minutes in vacuum mode it was far from what we expected, the unit is noisy, the sensor is on top and hits everything or gets stuck under furniture and therefore the driving wheel gives you a malfunction error all the time. Not sure if the unit was defective but we both IT new and looked used.... didn’t even test the mop option. We returned the unit next day and got the moping one from our prefer brand. We will stick to our prefer brand until something better is in the market.

Satisfied with the purchase . Vacuum robot that had all of the newest technology . It preform very well , no problem so far .

Haven’t been able to figure out mopping feature, pad is too damp.

We love our Deebot Ozmo. We jump on our app and send it out to vacuum our house. Doesn't get any better than that!

First time user for this type of technology. I was hesitant but I don’t regret my decision for a moment. I love my new toy.

Complicated floorplan and seems to have issues with our kitchen table.

Works great for our house. We have wooden floors and it does a great job moving around our home and picking up the dirt

This vaccum is great for use on wood floors . Cleans very effectively . I have not used it on carpets.

Instructions are horrible. App does not have all robots listed. Set up was a disaster. Had to call CS that says they know their instructions suck and almost everyone has connection issues but company does nothing to fix issues

So I unboxed the unit and it seems like it's pretty straight forward. You have the unit, two fan brushes unattached, the base charger station, and the manual & quick start brochure. The only thing to assemble is the brushes and they are color coded green and pink for ease of use. The on off switch pictured in the quick start is a bit hard to decypher. I thought it was on the bottom and unscrewed the two phillips screws. That door is for the battery pack. I reassembled that and flipped the unit over. You have to life the large middle disk to access the switch, not hard, just didn't make sense to me. That done, I let it charge overnight. The manual calls for 4 hours. The next day I downloaded the Android app, apparently available for iOS too and it works flawlessly. I installed it and set up the wifi. The unit stated to continue to install the app when it had made the handshake with my router's network. I then hit the auto button on my phone and off it went. This unit works pretty well. I have a 6 chair dining room set and it vacuumed underneath it, albeit bumping into the chair legs repeatedly. I'm guessing that's because it was mapping the house for the first time. I closed off all the bedrooms because if this unit has a downside, it's that it doesn't see cords. I walked the rooms a number of times to clears cords that it might suck in. The other problem I had was unique to my house. The fireplace has a brick hearth and it's made with split pavers. The pavers are higher than the carpet, but not by much so the unit goes up on it partway and turns around. It doesn't seem to hurt the vacuum, but it should sense the area as an obstruction. Once I figure out how to zone the area off, it should be good. Oh and lastly, my baths and kitchen have basic sheet vinyl and the unit has no problems doing a wheelie as it bounces itself back to carpet after entering those areas. That I like.

This is my first time owning an automatic vacuum cleaner/robot and its kind of a cool little gadget to have. Setting this up was pretty simple with the included instruction guide. Following the instructions, after setting it up, I let it fully charge before I started playing with it. The first thing I would say is wherever you decide to set this up is kind of important. You don't want to set this up in an area where you constantly have items left around on the floor that would interfere with its operation. I have small kids, so I am constantly picking up things from the floor. When you run this for the first time using the app, you can actually see the vacuum creating the map of your room and can see how much has been cleaned, as well as the current run time. I thought this was a pretty nice feature. I set this up in the morning room off of my kitchen and since my wife didn't know I had gotten it, I logged in to watch the security cameras in my house and turned it on when my wife was nearby. Needless to say, she jumped out of her socks when I turned it on, which prompted a call to my office and received a stern talking to. LOL. The vacuum picks up surprisingly well. Don't get me wrong, its no replacement for my Dyson or Shark vacuums but for a small footprint it does well enough. This robot also has a mop feature that will automatically sense carpet vs. solid surface floors and turn on the mop and sprayer. The mop feature is cool, but I don't think its something that I will primarily use. The biggest problem that I have with this vacuum is not really with the vacuum itself, its the app. I still haven't figured out to create boundaries for areas that I don't want it to clean and there are two buttons on the app that have never been highlighted for me to select. The Area and Custom buttons are non-existent for me as I haven't been able to use them. This has the potential to be a good little tool, especially for those who are neat freaks and normally don't have any issues with obstacles (clothes, toys, etc) that would interfere with its operation. For those like me who have kids and toys and clothes and a wife who could be more organized, its probably not going to be as big of a benefit to you. I still really like this and will probably relocate it to my man cave where there are fewer things to interfere with its performance and where perhaps I can train it to bring me a cold one from the mini fridge.
