For the $, the fact that it mops and vacuums, it’s well worth the money. If it’s in a room quite always from its dock, sometimes it has an issue making it back.

Great vacuum, I had the BOn before and this one was o welll. It did amazing with the moping and vacuuming.

So far, this little robot has made me a very happy person. It was easy assemble and the app was very easy to set up. I can start it from work and have clean floors by the time I get home. I do recommend running the vacuum feature to get your floors free of pet hair or dirt and then adding the water or solution for the mopping feature once they are clean. I have two dogs in the house and it doesn't mop well unless I get the floor vacuumed first. Overall, I am very pleased and would purchase again!

Easy setup out of the box. Vacuum function works well, moves easily between rugs and floors. Haven't used the mop function yet. Compared to other mfg's this is a good value.

Got my money's worth! Clean it regularly and it works like a dream. Also, very easy to clean!

I didn't love this robot. I actually have two robots already. I have an ECOVACS DEEBOT T8+ and a Neato D7. I purchased this U2 to replace my older Neato but I had to return it, I did not love how it ran through the upstairs, it does not have a great cleaning pattern (Which is fine for some people) and it ALWAYS had issues going back to the charging base. Not once did I find it went back without intervention. You're better off spending the extra cash and upgrading to the T+ or N+, they're great little robots and I have no issues with my T8+ with the dock and I use it twice a week. Since I returned this, I went with another Neato D7 and I prefer that over the U2.

OMG I love it cleans up everything I can barely hear it running

I had to return it. I had another model which came with Lidar maping software, totally spoiled us. Once you use the vacuum, it creates a map grid of tge whole house, segmented. You can pick and choose which area to vacuum. This model didn't have this capability. Each yime it will start with whole house cleaning. Otherwise no complaints. I didn't try the moping function.

This product works well. It took a bit to discover its quirks. We have no stairs, so I could not test it on that. I did discover that it may try to eat power cords - it does not damage them, but jams - so I keep them out of the way. I also move some rollable furniture that it cannot get under. There is one rollable desk that it can move and can also jam itself under. But once you know this and take precautions, it works like a charm, swishing away over the floor - dust gone, especially under the bed (where I cannot reach because of my back).

The day I purchased this product I was excited to finally have made the purchase of a Robotic Vacuum/Mop. I chose this one both for its review rating and its price. As my first purchase I figured it would be a smarter idea than cashing out for a high end one. I have now owned this Vacuum for almost 3 months now and I am very happy with it. It is extremely easy to setup and it does the rest. Besides having to empty the bin and refill the water I nearly forget about it and vacuuming all together.

I have used Deebot products in the past and loved them. I found this robot on sale and had to grab it just before Mother’s Day. I enjoy the noise level, it is quite enough to not interrupt conversation. If you plan to use the mopping function, invest in magnetic strips for your rugs! It doesn’t clog, runs for at least 120minutes and can be emptied every other use. Love it!

The vacuum is powerful enough to clean after 3 dogs. It mops well and mapped the rooms quickly.

It’s has some cool features the mopping feature is Really nice Good value for the money The fact that it works with Alexa is really nice also

I have a small apartment (800 sq ft) so this vacuum does a good job in keeping it clean. Yes, it does not have laser but if I let it run for 30 minutes, it would eventually reach every corner of my apartment. The mopping feature is just a bonus. So far I am pretty satisfied and if it can run for 2-3 years with no problem, I will buy from this company again.

Great product I don’t have to keep sweeping the dust off my floor, however I wish the battery life lasted longer that 30 minutes.

Always goes over the same spots, doesnt have a strong pickup
