Our old unit wasn't performing as well as it was and I took it into best buy to return it, since I had the two year warranty and it was set to expire in two days. That unit was no longer available and they gave us this new unit with the mop option and we absolutely love it. Can't go wrong getting this one

The price is a bit much. It mops using a cloth. You need to clean the cloth between rooms if not it'll just spread the dirt. The battery life lasts about 20 minutes which only covers a room or so. I returned the item and purchased a cord vacuum mop.

We bought our bot forChristmas! Her name is Tanya and For the price it’s pretty awesome! It doesn’t use solution for mopping, only water and it doesn’t exactly clean thoroughly but it does well for like a follow up from mopping a day prior. I also dislike that it doesn’t scan the room first.. it’s a good starter robot but I’ll definitely upgrade eventually

This robot save me a lot of time cleaning. I love the fact that it vacuums and mop. One full charge gives over 120 minutes of cleaning. It is easily to use and does an impeccable job. I was so please that I bought two of the for myself and gave three of them to my friends as gifts.

We use this vacuum in our Motorhome on the tile floors. It picks up a lot of dirt that the dog and I bring in. The app works well, and connection was easy. Not really impressed with the mopping feature, but works. The manual could be more detailed, especially when it comes to the filter and pads.

Overall good product. Does what I needed it for. Sweeps and mops

I have had this for a few weeks and I was absolutely amazed by this vacuum cleaner and mop. Both functions work great and it has saved me so much time and effort! I can't believe I didn't get this sooner. My floor has never looked better! I HIGHLY recommend this model and brand!!

I would not recommend this product to someone who has many animals or even one animal that sheds a lot. The canister is small and I would have to empty it twice during one cleaning cycle. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat.

Excellent vacuum, it worth the money; in the house we reduce clean time, only not great thing is that the garbage container is not to big and need to clean quickly if you have kids or pets

At first glance this is a very helpful item if you have a small place but unfortunately it does not follow a pattern so it leaves unclean spots. It also runs out of battery in 1 hrs. or so.

Mops and vacuums everywhere disorganized but does the job for the money. The app sometimes doesn't work doesn't connect with the machine even if the internet is working, leaks water even if it not moping.

Works very well! I was looking for a robotic mop but couldn’t bring myself to spending the money for a mop. I got a members only deal for this and it was $179 and because it vacuumed and mopped I made the purchase. Glad I did, well worth the $179!

The vacuum picks up great and is easy to setup. The mopping feature is 2nd to none on this model with the tank. Purchasing another model for our upstairs.

I absolutely love it. Only issue is that it’s not able to locate its own base to charge. I think may be the case for a lot of these products. It does leak occasionally when you fill water in the tank and id have to remember before it stains my hardwood.

this little robot does an awesome job of cleaning an all wood floor apartment as it is mostly dust that needs to be cleaned. A great value by. With an easy to use app.

I didn't like the fact that it will not connect with 5G wifi. Other than that it performs well when vacuuming and mopping. Saves my family time as this guy/gal is pretty efficient when it comes to doing its job.

Wife liked it as first but then it wouldn't go home to recharge, like it would just stop when the battery went dead.

Great to have a robotic vacuum cleaner. Disappointed in the docking capabilit. Won’t return to docking station on its own. Must be present to do that yourself. Disconnects from wi-fi and has to be reconnected.

Great little vacuum help keeps dirt & dust off your floors plus it mops we use this little guy almost everyday day wit brown hardwood floors shows everything on it
