Returned it. Wouldn’t empty. Unclogged it and same wouldn’t empty. Done

Did not operate or perform as expected and advertised.

Just got the Deebot T10 plus in white. It replaces the T8 AIVI which replaced the Ozmo 930. All three are still in working order, just got the opportunity to upgrade. The older models are stored in the garage should I need a backup vac. So, I unboxed the unit which comes in a large box with 2 smaller boxes inside. One with the vac and the other with the canister and dock. I love the canister as I feel okay placing it on the carpet. Before I had the T8 on my tile entry because I don’t like leaving (possibly) hot items on flammable surfaces. With the plastic lip on the canister, the T10 Plus can (IMO) safely park on plastic. This allowed me to move the unit to a corner in my den, removing the trip hazard at my front entry. I assembled the canister (which took seconds) and plugged it in. I then fired up the app (already installed from previous units) and added the T10 Plus. It found the unit and added it to my list. My other two vacs were now greyed out and not connected. I love that the unit makes a quick pass through the house to map it, should the user choose that option. The older models I have to complete a cycle to map the house. The T10 Plus just goes into each room and makes one or a few passes and it maps the room. Within minutes, I had a basic map of my house on the phone app, and I was ready to try it out. I chose area as I was finishing laundry and the hallway was a bunch of clothes piles. I was able to vacuum half the house with no issues. It then went back to the dock to recharge. I was curious as to how the canister worked. Earlier I saw the replaceable bags inside the dock lid, but how does it get from the unit to the bag. I watched it for a minute or so and then a large suction noise announced itself and for about 10 seconds, it sounded like a shop vac. That’s it. The setting in the app allows me to have it empty every time its vacs and then docs. There must be other settings, but I didn’t bother to look. Every time works for me. Now to find out where to buy those vacuum bags in bulk…for cheap! So, it works and works great. I think it picks up better than my last two, but it’s new and I may be a bit biased. Regardless, I’m happy with the results and the added canister. No more firing up the app and unit then remembering I need to empty the bin. I’d definitely recommend this to a friend or anyone looking for technology to help with everyday chores. I’m slowly adding smart devices to the house, so I’m able to do other things while these (toys, gadgets, thingamajigs) complete tasks for me without much intervention. Update: I forgot to mention I love the removable wet mop tank. Just a single click removes the vacuum piece under the sensor, and you can snap the mop tank in its place. Makes for a nice and dry unit when vacuuming, still giving the user the ability to wet mop hard surfaces.

Hands down the best robot vacuum on the market! It maps and identifies objects better than any other robot vacuum I’ve had. It cleans significantly well. I can also use Alexa or google to clean up when it’s not scheduled to. It’s worth every penny.

I have had a few different ECOVACS models over the years including ones that just vacuum and ones which include mopping and I definitely prefer the 2-in-1 style. It gives us the flexibility to schedule regular vacuuming and also add the mopping attachment/pads for deeper cleaning. The addition of the auto-empty is great as we can go weeks/months without having to worry about a full bin! The newest addition of the "air freshener" is an interesting concept as it will refresh your rooms as it cleans but I worry that this is now just another accessory I have to continue to buy/replace so that's a hit/miss feature. Overall ECOVACS has superior app technology compared to many other options... I love the ability to add specific rooms/zones (both for vacuum area and mopping area) and I love that I can view the app real time while cleaning to see the areas which have/haven't been cleaned (vs waiting to the end or not knowing what has already been done. I would highly recommend!

The Deebot is so easy to set up and use! I love how it maps my home so it learns the layout and I can send it to certain rooms. The fact that it empties on its own means I do not have to worry about it for a long time!

I had to return this product, first of all, the anti drop sensor has problem,constantly showing the error message. and secondly, it is surprisingly stupid and can’t even take off from the dock itself.

I especially love the mop cleaning and mapping feature, but most of the all the high suction and 189 minute run time sold me.

I have had a "good" robot vacuum and for a few years now... But as with all technology, it's pretty outdated and the features aren't really groundbreaking anymore. The battery life isn't as good as it used to be, and it seems to mess up or get stuck more often than it used to. It was time for an upgrade and I was really excited to try this one. Some of the factors that sold me on this model is the mopping AND vacuuming feature and the docking station/self emptying dust bin feature. Out of the box, this thing was very intuitive and simple to start up. Downloaded the app, took it out of the box and put it together, plugged it in and boom... Off we went. After it updated itself to the latest firmware, we started out in Mapping mode. It took note of anything and everything in or around its path. Even some low profile things like area rugs! OK, I was impressed with that... Its quiet, but I found its cleaning to be very through I didn't expect it to pick up much because we had just vacuumed our entire house this past weekend for some spring cleaning.... well, was I surprised when I checked the dust bin! It made me wonder how good my actual vacuum is if it left all of this dirt behind! Some of my favorite and most used features so far are.... The live camera view, I didn't think I would use this, and thought it was gimmicky at first... but I find myself checking it more often than not, especially when I'm not home and I have the vacuum running. Its like having an additional security camera in your home, but that can move around! I love the thoroughness of this vacuum. If an area needs more attention, the vacuum spends more time in that area. If not, it doesn't... Its really smart, and I love that! So many times a "smart" device doesn't pick up on the obvious things that you think it should know or think it should learn. Not this one! It seems to quickly pick up on everything. Which in turn makes my life easier, and makes the investment in these smart devices so worth it. The mopping feature! I love it, this is my first "smart" mop, and it really does a great job. Just throw on the mop attachment, fill it with water and you are set. I really really like this! Overall, go buy this already! It was such an upgrade from my previous vacuum and the convenience is absolutely worth the investment.

Wish I kept my Roomba, this vacuum is plagued with software issues, and is basically nothing more than a glorified brick at this point.

This is not worth the money. This is a pooly built product they had below mediocre performance. I don't recommend.

This has made life so much easier with a puppy that sheds and likes to “help” with everything. That usually involves a mess after. It’s great that I don’t have to empty it constantly. I would have to empty my old one several times in each room. It became more work than just vacuuming myself. Highly recommend.

Good light vacuuming. Cleans up after pets. Fine mapping. 2nd Deebot I've owned. Kept the M80 for mopping only now. Fine app, just wish it had simple buttons like a remote for more control.

I have replaced my old ECOVAC with this new one. This particular model was quite the upgrade in many factors. The biggest being the auto empty! I am using this from last 1 year and its giving me amazing results. I like the mapping feature and which help me to organize my cleaning with customize maps. I definitely recommend this robot.
