I love it. It's not too loud, it cleans well, has tons of smart features. It doesn't run over my dog. Both functions are really good.

I've had this for about a month after upgrading from the N8+. This is light years ahead of the N8+. It has been nothing but great. Auto empty station, auto mop cleaning, and everything works great. The quick mapping feature is great - it mapped out my 1,000+ square foot downstairs in about 5 minutes compared to the older models having to do an entire perimeter can. The only thing is that the app layout for each Ecovcac is different based on its features. So I have had the Deebot Ozmo 920, N8+, and now the T20 and everytime it has a different app layout. Not just small tweaks, but like the app layout is significantly different for each new vacuum. This isn't a problem, per se, but it takes a learning curve to figure out how to do everything for each vacuum. For example, I find the process of creating cleaning routines and then using those routines in schedule a bit cumbersome. Perhaps most annoyingly is that the cleaning log doesn't tell you if the past completed cleans were vacuum only, vacuum and mop, or just mop only. I would think that is an easy thing to list under the cleaning log details. Nevertheless, I hope they make some updates to the app, but the device itself is great. Still haven't had to empty the dustbin from the station and the water has lasted quite a bit since I only do a weekly mop (and a nightly vacuum only). I haven't used the voice command, but it does sometimes wake up when I say "Okay, Google" for my Google smart home.

This is a very good robot cleaner. It does a great job mopping. I think no on board water tank is the way to go. The robot goes back every 10 minutes and cleans and re wets the mopping pads. It leaves our floors shiny and clean. The mapping is very quick and very good. The navigation is great with the lidar. I had a roomba i7 plus before and this is a way better robot cleaner. I never thought i would want a mopping robot but will never go back. I have had no issues to this point.

Now my wife doesn't have to clean. I only change the water tank twice a month and that's enough for me. I'm glad the robot vacuum cleaner cleans well, I recommend it. Although using the app is not very convenient.

I absolutely love this Robot! Does she get stuck sometimes! Yes.. does she eat a cord sometimes? Yes.. She also cleans the whole house really well, and i have has no issues at all. Love this thing!

My Robot worked GREAT...for about a year. Eventually though, water was no longer dispensin from the base. For cleaning, for wetting the mop heads, for nothing. Ecovacs customer support was not very helpful. They gave me two names of companies who MAY be able to repair it. Told me to call them and find out if a repair was possible. NEITHER company worked on the Deebot T20. Actually, NEITHER company worked on Robot Vacuums. I reached out again at a later date to plead with Ecovacs to help me find a repair center and surprisingly, they said, they could, one time, provide a courtesy replacement. I was SOOOO happy!!!!! This large investment was not a waste. I would get to use my robot again!!! THE REPLACEMENT THEY SENT HAD THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM AS THE BROKEN UNIT. This was so frustrating. I eventually found a repair center on my own. They communicated with people they know in 3 states and none were able to find a reason for my issue. Also, they suggested replacing the PCB, but that PCB could not be found anywhere. Now I have two, very large, paper weights. I do not recommend Ecovacs products at all. Admittedly, just this morning, I found a PCB on Ebay Australia for $250. Not sure I want to chance that much money in case that is not the actual issue.

The best purchase! I can customize wether to clean a specific area or what time and day will it clean my house. After using it, my floor feels so clean unlike using a regular mop. Saves me a lot of time, cleans while I'm sleeping is the best part of it. Basically, it makes my life easier.

The mop is the best for hard floors. Very quiet and precise.

I really wanted to like this machine, but there are too many issues that make it more trouble than it's worth. First, it should be known that the house mapping and path execution are well done. I was actually impressed by how quickly and accurately the T20 OMNI reproduced my exact floor layout in the app. From there, the vacuum follows a reasonable path and does an acceptable job of picking up dirt and debris on hardwood and carpet. The main problem (which is a deal-breaker for me) is that it constantly disconnects from the network, requiring me to go to the station and lift the lid off the vacuum unit to rescan for reactivation. Activation often requires a complete remapping (geofencing "no-go zones" in the app must be done by the user to avoid problems under beds or tables). This is a laborious process that should only be done once. In two months, I have had to do this over 15 times for reasons that are not precisely clear, and that is unacceptable for me. I purchased this robot vacuum to save me time and effort, but the Deebot T20 OMNI has actually cost me both in the long run. I cannot recommend.

This is our 5th robot vacuum/mop from various companies. Finally found one that mops good without having to get hands dirty. The tower washes mopping pads with hot water and adds liquid directly. Great product!

This vaccum and mop has been awesome. With our large space i make sure water tanks are taken care of and brushes are clean in the morning and love coming home to clean floors

If I’m saying I’m satisfied I’m wrong . This is beyond . I have a big family in a big house 80% tiles & the way this machine leave the tile sparkle clean & took all this headache from me it worth every dollar on it . Any visitors come they notice it . I have my extra time of doing other things ❤️❤️❤️

The app was great, the vacuuming was decent. The self cleaning mop heads also worked well. Returned due to the mop heads not lifting up enough and so would accidentally mop rugs. Or if it was going down a path that was half rug, half hardwood, it would mop both.

The vacuum excels in terms of hardware. It effectively vacuums and mops, featuring a remarkable station that automatically empties the vacuum, washes the mops with hot water, and dries them. However, its software functionality, navigation, and obstacle avoidance leave much to be desired. To begin with, the app has a notable flaw. When issuing a command, it performs well initially, but if you wish to check progress or give a different command later on, you must close and reopen the app. This leads to the vacuum forgetting the tasks assigned to it. For instance, I commanded it to vacuum and mop two rooms sequentially. It successfully completed the first room but only vacuumed the second one, claiming the task was finished. Navigation proves to be another major issue. Upon receiving a command to clean a room, the vacuum often emerges from the station, engages in aimless circles, and then returns, or, in some instances, eventually finds the room after extensive circling. Obstacle avoidance is equally problematic. While it is present, its effectiveness is questionable. More often than not, it fails to detect obstacles, and when it does, instead of navigating carefully around them, the vacuum tends to bump into and run over them. In conclusion, if you are contemplating the purchase of a smart vacuum, this may not be the ideal choice. The subpar performance in software, navigation, and obstacle avoidance is the primary reason for my decision to return it.

The best robot vacuum I have ever had! So easy to set up and operate. I can block areas that I want left alone and send the vacuum to clean and mop individual rooms.

This aint it... This robo vac/mop is too loud, too slow, and too inefficient. There's no reason it should be getting stuck 2-3x per 6hr cleaning job. The app is also not very intuitive, and despite the HUGE water tanks be prepared to fill and empty them regularly, we're talking 2-3x per cleaning job. Atter 3 weeks I returned it in favor of the Eufy X10 Pro Omni which has been a MUCH better unit overall.
