Vacuums and mops well. Mapping into sections, and using the app is difficult. Using voice control is eaiser. When drying the mop, the Ecovac has blown out 20amp circuit breaker several times, We have nothing else plugged into or running on that circuit.

The sweeper is really good on hard wood, and I love that it switches between mopping and sweeping on its own. I rated at a 4/5 because it doesn’t do the best job on carpet. It gets the larger things but doesn’t really get dog hair out of carpet. Otherwise, we really love it!

I bought this on 3rd.for 399 And now it’s 279.i bought it online from bestbuy app. We went to bestbuy personally and ask for price match.they said it is bought from marketplace from our bestbuy app.so we cannot do price match. Then we went in bestbuy app and chat with customer support.they said to send screenshots and best thing is they never mention where to send and no option on chat window.now I feel so bad to purchase this only and wasted my money.after purchasing no one wants to take responsibility

I love that I can schedule this while I'm at work so when I get home I have clean floors. With a cat and two fur babies with one being a big GS baby that has to go out to come back in this Deebot T20 has allowed me to to keep my sanity. Order supplies on Temu and the costs are minimal to maintain - which made me apprehensive at first. But, now I wished I'd done it sooner.

I think I got a good deal for the features this robot is offering and the sales price, is very competitive. My only complaint is the all. It’s turning off very often and it needs a restart. I think they should do an update or something because it’s really annoying.

Great addition to my home! Leaves the floors spotless. The software is easy to use. I set the program and let the magic happen!

The big tanks was good. It malfunctioned and did a lot of circles and the same path. It did mop for as good as a robot can do would not trust it on carpet or rug, mopping pads did not go up high enough would not recommend. 

Great product. I love it. Excellent. Clean all the house. My house looks very clean.

I love how this item works, it was super easy to set up, we had tried different settings but there is a lot to learn.

Worked really well at the beginning but 3 months down the road the station has stopped its self cleaning feature and no longer mops. Have contacted ecovacs and they are fixing under 1 year warranty free of charge

This thing is such a disappointment. It gets stuck on the thresholds between my rooms, even with the mop pads removed, even though they are no higher than the height they claim to be able to navigate. I measured! They are .75 inches high. It successfully makes its way over the threshold into my kitchen maybe 5% of the time. I’ve tried having it clean one room at a time, by carrying it over the thresholds, but it doesn’t accurately separate my rooms so it gets stuck on the threshold anyways. I’ve edited the map multiple times to redraw the lines between rooms (I have an open floor plan) but the line doesn’t actually land where you tell it to, so the stupid thing gets stuck on the threshold anyways. Tonight I used it for the first time in a couple of weeks because I’ve had work being done on my bathroom and the crew has been making a mess. I emptied the dirty water tank and added some of the Ecovacs brand cleaning solution to a fresh tank of water. Then I manually put it in my kitchen and added a virtual boundary for the threshold since the mapping hasn’t been working to avoid it. I instructed it to mop. After a few minutes I realized it was dry mopping the floor, the pads weren’t wet. I just carried it back to the living room, where the base is, thinking it needed to wash the pads and couldn't because of the virtual boundary. Started a new cleaning session just a couple feet away from the base and it started dry mopping again. I can’t believe I paid $700 for this thing. It folds up the edges of my ruggable when it vacuums, and is just not good at anything it does. So disappointing.

It’s a great vacuum and mop. No issues with it. Would definitely recommend
