Works really well. Setup is easy and it tracks a lot better than some of the older Shark Models and gets stuck less. Replacement parts are reasonably priced.

Great vacuum and mop! I was hesitant it would provide decent mopping, but now we mop once a month manually and the floors stay amazing! I don’t know if I could go back to manually mopping every week again! This is my 3rd mopping robot and is far better than the iRobots I’ve used. And the vacuum is much quieter. The robot seems to know what it is doing and doesn’t aimlessly bump into stuff like the i7 vacuum I also have.

This is a very good robot cleaner. It does a great job mopping. I think no on board water tank is the way to go. The robot goes back every 10 minutes and cleans and re wets the mopping pads. It leaves our floors shiny and clean. The mapping is very quick and very good. The navigation is great with the lidar. I had a roomba i7 plus before and this is a way better robot cleaner. I never thought i would want a mopping robot but will never go back. I have had no issues to this point.

I love this vacuum/mop combo. I bought and returned 2 other robot vacuums before this one. I love my Shark uprights so I tried to stay with Shark. It was awful. This one is quiet, doesn’t bump into things. And gets 90+% of the dirt. I didn’t think I would use the mop. But I LOVE it!! And all of the cleaning options I have to choose from. I live on a farm with 3 inside/outside dogs. So I use it daily. And haven’t had any issues in the few weeks I’ve had it so far.

Scored this last years model ecovac for less than half the original price. Super great deal. My wife and I love it. It’s truly amazing and if you have dogs you must own. Several years ago we attempted a robo vac and returned it a week later. This ecovac is here to stay. Great product and bestbuy great price.

I recently purchased the ECOVACS Robotics DEEBOT T20 OMNI, and it has completely revolutionized the way I approach household cleaning. This device isn't just a robot vacuum; it's a comprehensive cleaning solution, adeptly handling both vacuuming and mopping tasks with remarkable efficiency. First off, the Wi-Fi connectivity is a game changer. The ability to control the DEEBOT T20 OMNI from anywhere using my smartphone is incredibly convenient. Whether I'm at work or running errands, I can easily set it to clean specific areas or an entire room with just a few taps. The cleaning performance is outstanding. The vacuum is powerful enough to pick up all kinds of debris, from pet hair to everyday dust and dirt. Transitioning from hardwood floors to carpets, it doesn't miss a beat. Plus, the mopping function leaves my floors spotless, dealing effectively with sticky messes and dried spills. One feature that stands out is the Self Washing Auto Empty Station. It's amazing how the DEEBOT T20 OMNI automatically cleans its mop pads and empties its dustbin. This not only saves me time but also ensures the robot is always ready for the next cleaning session. Moreover, its sleek white design blends seamlessly into my home decor. It's not just a cleaning device; it's almost like a modern piece of technology art that I'm proud to have on display. Lastly, the battery life is impressive. It easily covers my entire home on a single charge, and it intelligently returns to its dock when it needs to recharge.

For the price, I’d suggest you find a different vacuum. It worked very well the first month, which is of course the manufacturer return window. Now it is such a pain to use I can’t return it. The maintenance on this is more work than doing the vacuuming and mopping myself. The water tanks are small so it can’t clean my living room without having to dump and change the water. The dust bag doesn’t properly empty so I have to do it myself after every use. It constantly gets stuck on a VERY low profile rug (a Ruggable rug, if you know them it’s super low). We tried mapping it so that it didn’t even vacuum it but the mapping is so horrible that it changes the map every time I use it, even if I clean all the sensors before starting. Because the mapping is so busted it sometimes skips whole rooms. Had an issue with the app where I couldn’t log in. If you can’t login you can’t use the vacuum. Contacted their customer service and they were HORRIBLE.

The complimentary mix of ease of use and effectiveness makes this vacuum/mop combo one of my favorite purchases of the year. I have used other robo vacuums in the past that have been less then effortless, but the deboot delivers everytime, leaving my flows clean and glowing! I will definitely be recommending this exceptional product to everyone I know.

I’ve bought DEVOTs since they were available. Ups and downs, no mayor problems. This T20 is the BEST ever. Not only vacuum very well but the MOP it is amazing….

The vacuum excels in terms of hardware. It effectively vacuums and mops, featuring a remarkable station that automatically empties the vacuum, washes the mops with hot water, and dries them. However, its software functionality, navigation, and obstacle avoidance leave much to be desired. To begin with, the app has a notable flaw. When issuing a command, it performs well initially, but if you wish to check progress or give a different command later on, you must close and reopen the app. This leads to the vacuum forgetting the tasks assigned to it. For instance, I commanded it to vacuum and mop two rooms sequentially. It successfully completed the first room but only vacuumed the second one, claiming the task was finished. Navigation proves to be another major issue. Upon receiving a command to clean a room, the vacuum often emerges from the station, engages in aimless circles, and then returns, or, in some instances, eventually finds the room after extensive circling. Obstacle avoidance is equally problematic. While it is present, its effectiveness is questionable. More often than not, it fails to detect obstacles, and when it does, instead of navigating carefully around them, the vacuum tends to bump into and run over them. In conclusion, if you are contemplating the purchase of a smart vacuum, this may not be the ideal choice. The subpar performance in software, navigation, and obstacle avoidance is the primary reason for my decision to return it.

My best friend cleans and mops perfectly have to watch out though she’s always listening especially if your on the phone and say ok such and such she has started up on me

I was very skeptical about buying this. I’ve always had iRobot vacuums and they have only been lasting me 1 year almost as soon as the warranty runs out they just stop working. I just replaced my old irobot with the new iRobot j9+ and didn’t even get to use it 3 days before it broke. So I decided to give this a try and I really like it. It just as good as the iRobot if not better. The app for the iRobot is more simpler to use then the ecovacs is but you will get used to it after using it. You have more customization with the cleaning then you do with the iRobot and this even goes around the sides of the room like the base boards and cleans them where the iRobot doesn’t. I’ve had this for about a month now and I’ve had no issues what so ever and the cleaning and suction power is very good. Especially if you have dogs in the house.

I used this product successfully for the past six months. It does a great job of mopping the floor and keeping it clean, especially with two Huskies in the house. However, I've noticed that it requires a lot of attention and maintenance. It frequently indicates that the cleaning sink is full, even when it's empty and dry. Credit where it's due, it excels at not bumping into objects and has excellent obstacle avoidance. Replacement pads and filters are expensive and need to be reordered every couple of months. The app is user-friendly, although some options are hidden in menus and can be hard to find. Update - 5/20/24: Unfortunately, as of today, it has stopped working. I've contacted ECOVACS, and they are processing a warranty claim. ECOVACS customer service is exceptional; they immediately guided me through troubleshooting steps. When those didn't work, they informed me that the unit would need to be sent in under the warranty

I bought this Ecovac because of the good reviews with it on this site. It's been a month and a half since I set up the Ecovac. At first it did a great job with vacuuming and ok with the mopping however it is starting to fault. It gets lost and cant find its way back to the base and recently it has stopped moving forward but the brushes are still spinning. The battery was at 52%. It reset itself after I brought it back to the station. There is maintenence you must do to keep your vac working and I've been on top of that so my hopes are not positive that this is going to last if it's already having issues. The app is ok but the mapping is not correct. I've erased the map and started over but over time the map changes so I don't use it. I have another robotic vac that only vacuums but it works twice as better and cost half the price. I wanted to like this product but for the price, there shouldn't be any issues especially so early after buying it.

The app was great, the vacuuming was decent. The self cleaning mop heads also worked well. Returned due to the mop heads not lifting up enough and so would accidentally mop rugs. Or if it was going down a path that was half rug, half hardwood, it would mop both.

This is the best robot vacuum I have ever owned. The cleaning is impeccable. Very easy to map out your house and get started. Would highly recommend

This is our 5th robot vacuum/mop from various companies. Finally found one that mops good without having to get hands dirty. The tower washes mopping pads with hot water and adds liquid directly. Great product!

Great Vacuum, I definitely recommend it! The Deebot Ecovacs vacuum robot does a great job cleaning different floors like carpets and hardwood. It picks up dust, dirt, and pet hair easily. You can control it with an app, which makes scheduling cleanings simple.

I love it. It's not too loud, it cleans well, has tons of smart features. It doesn't run over my dog. Both functions are really good.
