I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and this thing is a life saver!! Does require some maintenance, but overall saves me so much time throughout the week!

Working good so far the vacuum is not as good as I wanted it to be but it doesn’t really really good job

Awesome poduct overall. Easy to setup. This is our second cleaning robot, we are in love. We love how clean our house is and how easy it is to setup the robot but also to maintenance it. App could be a bit better but still a very good product

This thing cleans up very well, and with the dogs really messing up the floor sometimes it goes back after half complete to clean itself and comeback with fresh cleaned pads and water. Simply amazing!!!

Purchased 12/5 and it worked like a champ. We have pets in the house and the machine kept our wood floors clean, without leaving too much water or mop residue. On 1/14 the machine alerted an anti-drop sensor needed to be cleaned. We have followed the instructions and nothing is working. The robot corcles around, loses its map, and cant make its way back to the station. Best Buy wont do anything outside the 14 day return/exchange window and the manufacturer told me my lroof of purchase (Best Buy’s digital receipt) isn’t sufficient. Total nightmare and the bot is useless. $650 down the drain! Buyer beware! These sensors aren’t available online. Ive searched everywhere!

The sweeper is really good on hard wood, and I love that it switches between mopping and sweeping on its own. I rated at a 4/5 because it doesn’t do the best job on carpet. It gets the larger things but doesn’t really get dog hair out of carpet. Otherwise, we really love it!

The mapping doesn't work too well. It sets stock so easily. When it works, I love it but it always has troubleshooting issues. If I could I would return it but when I wanted to it was already too late.

I bought this Ecovac because of the good reviews with it on this site. It's been a month and a half since I set up the Ecovac. At first it did a great job with vacuuming and ok with the mopping however it is starting to fault. It gets lost and cant find its way back to the base and recently it has stopped moving forward but the brushes are still spinning. The battery was at 52%. It reset itself after I brought it back to the station. There is maintenence you must do to keep your vac working and I've been on top of that so my hopes are not positive that this is going to last if it's already having issues. The app is ok but the mapping is not correct. I've erased the map and started over but over time the map changes so I don't use it. I have another robotic vac that only vacuums but it works twice as better and cost half the price. I wanted to like this product but for the price, there shouldn't be any issues especially so early after buying it.

The robot and station work very well and I am very happy with them. The reason this is getting 3 stars instead of 5 is the app, which is just awful. It is unstable, slow, unintuitive and just all around badly designed. While the system can be setup for automatic scheduled cleaning, if you want to have it clean a different floor it is necessary to use the app which is beyond frustrating.

Hands down the most easy to use intelligent robotic vacuum cleaner I've ever used. The mop feature is awesome and the app allows me to select independent rooms to clean. You won't be disappointed.

Powerful vacuum with great mopping function. I specific bought this robot vacuum & mop because it had these swirl mop pads and is a large area of wooden flooring. As with other vacuums, it doesn’t do a good job in the corners, but other than that it works great. Floor mapping was a little cumbersome to mark floors, divide rooms,…you will need to get a hang of it. Other than that pretty pleased with the performance so far.

This bot comes to the rescue every day by saving me so much time in the day! Absolutely love how spotless it leaves my wooden floors . The only con I have was not purchasing it sooner!

Worked really well at the beginning but 3 months down the road the station has stopped its self cleaning feature and no longer mops. Have contacted ecovacs and they are fixing under 1 year warranty free of charge

It is perfect. powerful, easy to use, great job in my tile. picks up dust and pet hair, I love the mop function.

we got 2, one for each level. Made our life so much better! It made us not have to worry about the every day sweep and the house looks clean! we didn't try the mop setting yet.

We have 4 cats and no carpet. The combination of sweeping and mopping is a extreme timesaver.

The big tanks was good. It malfunctioned and did a lot of circles and the same path. It did mop for as good as a robot can do would not trust it on carpet or rug, mopping pads did not go up high enough would not recommend.
