Can’t get to mop. With pads on will not go into base. Gets stuck on a threshold that is about 1/2”. Cleans real good on vacuum. Will be returning soon to get the next model down.

Easy to install  does a great job cleaning the house really helpful 

I bought this almost 2 years and no single day goes by that I don’t regret buying this product. One of the brushes tangled and broke from day one. literally on the first the first hour of use. Customer service didn’t help. It never cleans the whole app. Just one small area and returns to station. And It gets stuck trying to park at the station. Returns to station to empty dust bean but never resumes cleaning. App is hard to navigate. The mapping design is difficult to edit. It listens to your conversations and it confuses whatever you say with a command. It stayed in storage for a season becuase it stopped vacumming and mopping and kept sefl cleaning to the point of just leaking water and if it dared to start cleaning it would just keep going back to station instantly. I gave it another chance at my new place, so I reset it and it seemed to work but nope. It’s just seems to avoid full tasks. It cleans a small area and goes back to station. My cheap eufy from amazon did better. I can’t wait to fully pay this so I can buy a roomba.

Really great robot! It avoids things well, is really quiet, mops amazingly, and you barely have to take care of it. The only problem I had was the water coming out of the robot was very little and then the dock stopped sucking up dirty water.

This robot is a life saver for me! It gets it cleaner than my mop and mop/vacuum.

The Ecovacs Deebot X1 Omni robot is the best vacuum and mop combination. It has every advanced feature that you could want and it does everything great. I replaced my top of the line Roomba vacuum and mop with the Omni and I am completely in awe of this machine. Totally worth the money.

Overall this works good, but may not be worth the high price tag when compared to ECOVACS other models. The AI navigation still gets confused as much as my older unit, and when you are in mopping mode, it will not cross any carpet, even if other areas on the map are hard floors that need to be mopped - you will need to manually move it to each area. Other than that - it is a great unit with awesome features in the app. Highly endorse - but try to get it on sale or after the price drops from the introdcution pricing of around $1500.

Mapping is intuitive. Overall good product. Worth the price.

We currently own 2 ecovac robots and love them both, we have owned other brands and wont go back, ecovacs have been awesome in our home with our 4 little dogs, keeps the dog hair off the wood floors and keeps the dogs entertained for an hour each day!

Worth buying. No more manual cleaning of house now

We purchased this a few weeks ago and are impressed with the app and functionality! Its a lottle loud when it empties the bin but thats to be expected. It does a great job picking up pet hair and keeping our floors cleaned.

I like this product. It works very well . Keeps house clean all the time and safes me time to spend more time with family.

We love our Deebot. It’s easy to setup, mapping is accurate. The mobile app is very user friendly. I can set it to clean from anywhere, even if I’m on vacation out of town. It cleans very well, it goes to every corner of the house that I rarely touch when I clean. The best purchase on cleaning gadget so far!

This thing is fast at mapping the house and cleaning! The user interface on the phone is not user-friendly and it can be hard to find some features. I have yet to use the mopping feature. The voice assistant is hit or miss for me. One tip if you have cat or dog hair. Change the "Auto-Empty Frequency" to "Smart." When it was on Auto the bot would fill up and never empty for me until the job was complete. This setting can be found under "Smart Cleaning."
