I think it’s a good vacuum and mop in one we use one upstairs and one downstairs. I gave it a 4 because sometimes it does get stuck. There are many features and great thing is water lasts us about 3-4 days without having to refill.

Well we are getting a little better like any other vacuum even with all this high-tech radar crap she still hit stuff suck stuff up that is not supposed to it is pretty new so hopefully with some updates they will fix it the battery lasts about 30 minutes on the very highest setting does pretty good on mopping

I like a lot of the things that it does but I have a Golden Retriever and at least once or twice a cleaning cycle I will bet the main brush tangled error and have to remove the brush and remove the hair that is tangled around the ends.

Great little guy, much quieter than expected (on hardwood flooring) and does an awesome job at mopping the kitchen area, gone are the days of daily mopping! Love it so far

I love the X2 Omni. Love the ease of setting it up. Mapping of the house was easy. This model cleans very well. I would highly recommend.

Ecovacs really messed this pne up! I've owned 3 other Ecovac products, 2 deebot 900 and one T-10 Omni and the mapping, battery life, navagation are awful on the X2.

A little bit of a learning curve but vac & mop work great!! Quiet. Thorough. Overall a great product.

Oh my....where to start. This vacuum had so much promise. It looks fantastic with all the specs i had been seeing. Then we picked it up and brought it home. First map creation it worked pretty well except it didn't scan a door for one of the rooms. It would never clean that room and we discovered on trying to send it to that room that it would roll off the dock and then state cleaning complete and return immediately. We tried 8 times after to map and it would recognize walls in the house. It just showed the house as one big room. The robot woeked very slowly, it spun around and times, and it had issues maneuvering. That said, it did good when it worked. I feel that there must be a software update coming down the line sometime, but we had luck with our Ecovac T10 plus, which works beautifully, so we just returned this one and went back to it.

Cleaned very well, didn’t do so good on the Carpet. My carpet may have been too high tho. It took a small bit of time to map the floor out but once it found its pattern it did awesom. I would recommend if you have a low laying rug with a open area.

The price is a little high but it has been an extremely good vacuum and is easy to set up.

Mopping function is great. Mopping better on the floor than stone surface. However, it is easy to get hair in its roller and stop working.

This device need more attention than other models, it's not emptying washing water itself, and it may stuck somewhere with no reason, not good experience with it.

I’ve had this unit for about 8 months, and while it cleans pretty well, there is a lot not to like about it. After the first few months, it started randomly saying the brush is tangled, even when it’s not. At the worst times it stops every couple minutes claiming this and you have to tell it to continue over and over. I have cleanings scheduled for certain days of the week, and the robot will consistently skip rooms that are part of the scheduled cleaning. The app is frustrating, splitting rooms is pretty much impossible, which from a quick online search, has been a known issue for years, and the developers have chosen not to fix it. While I am making it work through the issues noted above, for how much the unit cost, I expected the functionality to be a lot smoother. Unless these issues get fixed by the manufacturer, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

This item worked great, when i first got it. Now not so much, constantly knocking its mopping pads off cause it’s suddenly started using them on carpet. It will now only clean one room then take a nap in the docking bay, not charging or needing a charge.

The self cleaning of pads is an amazing feature. The maps functions are difficult to use on a phone and a bit clunky.

I liked it until it got stuck and stopped working! But it was good!

Hard to justify the price originally but this thing does exactly what it's intended for. Vacuums and mops for me on a schedule and I only need to interact with the machine every week or two to dump the dirty water and refill the cleaning water. Had the lower model before and rarely wanted it to go clean since I would have to refill the water and change the mop pads over and over. This one cleans the pads as well.

The X2 Omni is awesome. I first tried a competitors vacuum and it wasn’t very smart. It cost the same amount of money and hit everything in my house. The Deebot has awesome sensors and does what it should. The only real downside is he likes cords so I’ve had to make sure they’re secured and not out where he can get them. Mopping is also awesome getting dirty paw prints removed every time.
