We got this vacuum because our shark ran over our dogs accident and was ruined. We decided on this one because it avoids potential accidents however it was definitely was not worth the $1000. It doesn't have a matrix cleaning mode like the shark so it doesn't clean our small apartment efficiently it kind of scatter brain cleans therefore missing areas of the floor. Also this may just be because of the dog we have but the vacuum main brush is constantly getting tangled once it happened 3 times in the span of 5 minutes I kept track that day. We ended up buying a vacmop Tineco recently for about $400 and unfortunately can't return the Deebot because it's been too long. We gave up on it after 6 months we really wanted to love it because of how much we paid just goes to show more expensive doesn't always mean better.

Not worth the $$. Does a fine job but it is not hands free. Constantly detangling the roller. Constantly gets stuck in simple places. Constantly forgets how to return to its base or the battery dies before it gets there. So, basically every day we have to set it back in its station. AND IT DOES NOT AVOID PET POOP and/or VOMIT.

Product features are really good and works great but from time to time, it runs into issues with mopping getting clogged and getting stuck in places. It cannot work 100% autonomous when you are gone for a week. It needs intervention from time to time.

Great cleaning most of the time. Still not mopping floors good though.

I think it’s a good vacuum and mop in one we use one upstairs and one downstairs. I gave it a 4 because sometimes it does get stuck. There are many features and great thing is water lasts us about 3-4 days without having to refill.

I like a lot of the things that it does but I have a Golden Retriever and at least once or twice a cleaning cycle I will bet the main brush tangled error and have to remove the brush and remove the hair that is tangled around the ends.

Great little guy, much quieter than expected (on hardwood flooring) and does an awesome job at mopping the kitchen area, gone are the days of daily mopping! Love it so far

Agter having middling success with a T10, we purchased an X2 omni from Best Buy roughly a year ago. From the first frew days it was apparent that there are deep flaws with this product. Now, a year later, with weeks lost due to a repair and replacement of the main board and front bumper, it is somehow even worse. Ecovacs support is not helpful at all, despite numerous photos and videos. The latest issue is a succesful start, getting lost in our (not cluttered) single story home, and then claiming that the job is complete after moving 10 feet. The robot is consistently getting louder, with mechanical noises that ecovacs refuses to address. Either this robot is a lemon and evovacs is to incompetent to identify and fix it, or all ecovacs products should be avoided. A seven year old iRobot vaccum did a better job vacuuming whole this bot was in for repair. We’re disheartened to have spent so luch money ($1,200 when it was new) and in good faith followed troubleshooting and support steps, only to now be stuck in a loop of “did you clean the charging contacts” which not only has been done consistently for maintenance, but has nothing to do with the myriad of issues we continue to experience.

I've been using vacumm robots for the longest time, and this is a great choice. I love the fact that it empties itself and the dust bag last a long time to get filled. Water tanks are big enough to mop for a long time too. I recommended it.

I love the X2 Omni. Love the ease of setting it up. Mapping of the house was easy. This model cleans very well. I would highly recommend.

Is very loud when it running. Also gets tangled brushs easy

Ecovacs really messed this pne up! I've owned 3 other Ecovac products, 2 deebot 900 and one T-10 Omni and the mapping, battery life, navagation are awful on the X2.

A little bit of a learning curve but vac & mop work great!! Quiet. Thorough. Overall a great product.

This unit has a serious design flaw with the main brush. The axle on the main brush accumulates dirt as it is running causing the unit to complain and to stop working. This unit cannot run unsupervised.

Cleaned very well, didn’t do so good on the Carpet. My carpet may have been too high tho. It took a small bit of time to map the floor out but once it found its pattern it did awesom. I would recommend if you have a low laying rug with a open area.

To start the mopping function works really well. The big con is the vacume function picks up little to nothing. The vacuum vents blow most of the hair and dust in the air. This robot could work better if the vents were in a different part of the robot. Also if it had 2 brushes that could help control as well. The main brush says its tangle free but i have been through 3 brushes in less then a month.

Mopping function is great. Mopping better on the floor than stone surface. However, it is easy to get hair in its roller and stop working.

This device need more attention than other models, it's not emptying washing water itself, and it may stuck somewhere with no reason, not good experience with it.
