This is so helpful in getting the house clean. Love the fact that I can mop and vacuum at the same time. It does an excellent job of keeping the floors cleaned

This has been a fantastic purchase. I have two big dogs and this does a great job keeping up on dog hair throughout the carpeted parts of my house, and the mop makes sure the hardwood stays nice and clean.

Very good but the battery life definitely doesn't match up to the Omni pro series

The EcoVac was purchased at Best Buy an as usual I was provided great customer service and great knowledge of the product. Ecovac was easy to set up and works amazing. Not only does the EcoVac sweep but it also mops the floors. It cleans my floors very well.

Very good for small spaces. Everything works very well, the vacuum cleaner, the floor cleaner, easy maintenance. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I purchased this on sale with some reserve but the reviews were mainly positive. First off, the mopping feature is great although Ecovacs doesn’t even provide a sample of their solid floor cleaner which was odd and disappointing. Secondly, this vacuum cannot handle a low pyle rug in one of our rooms and we have all solid surface flooring with a couple of rugs. It stops and starts constantly on the rug which is a light grey color. Thirdly, it goes in circles on our entry way rug which doesn’t have any dark colors in it to trip the edge sensors. I plan to return it and try another brand. Kudos to customer support who answer the phone within two rings!

Got this is a gift for my mom. Honestly, I know how tired my mom gets and I felt like making her life easier and getting this to help with vacuuming and mopping around the house. She is very happy with it and now she always makes jokes about I vacuum today and all she had to do is press one button lol

What can I say. In a word. Bad Bad Bad. Ok that’s three words. I got this robot for my wife for her birthday. Little did I know it was one of the worst gifts ever. Setup and mapping was glitchy. It ran the best on it first trip, but things went south fast. The machine would not empty itself and on the second try it said the reservoir was plugged and it would not fill. It got lost and would not restock. It finally just shut down. We set it to factory default twice without any luck, still lost and would not dock. The app was also weak, not very functional. After 2 months of trying to make this thing work, we took it back to bb and exchanged it for a shark brand. So far it has been a much better experience.

My wife wanted this for so long so I told her she is beat, "who has money for that". But I surprised her with it for our anniversary along with her actual gift and she loves it. She makes tea and sit on the couch put her feet up and say" I'm cleaning the floors " lol.

It’s okay, but not worth the price. Even on max suction, I have to run it multiple times, and it often leaves parts of the room untouched while still saying the job is complete. The self-emptying is nice, but hair constantly gets tangled in the brushes, and the mop pads still smell even though it’s supposed to wash and dry them. If you don’t mind babysitting it, it might work for you.

This is the best robot vacuum I’ve had the pleasure of owning. Setup was easy, the app works well, the N30 Pro cleans good enough for daily use, and battery life seems good overall. Really, there’s not much to dislike about the N30 Pro Omni. Unboxing is a little bit of a process, as the base station and robot itself has a lot of parts to get plastic tape off of. There are a couple of pieces to connect, but if you’re familiar with unboxing a vacuum, or robot vac, you’ll be fine. There’s a quick start guide as well. The base station is fairly large, so just keep that in mind when you're buying a mop and vacuum as one. Most of the parts are plastic, but do feel quite solid enough overall. Once everything is good to go you’ll fully charge your robot, and then run a mapping run. I was very surprised that my robot mapped out our room so well on the first attempt. Our area is roughly 600 sq. Ft., and it found the tables, chairs and ledges no problem. In addition, rugs didn’t seem to be an issue when rolling over surfaces, which was for our previous vacuums. The app actually works well, which probably isn’t a huge surprise as Ecovacs has been in the smart space for a bit now. It’s simple to connect to your specific robot, and once in you have a lot of custom options to utilize. Setting up schedules, the suction power, mopping vs vacuum only, cleaning specific sections of your room setup, etc. There’s not any option that’s not there, and there’s even a handy maintenance section to remind you of certain areas to clean and maintain for the life of your N30 Pro Omni. Now, for the actual cleaning portion. For our space, the vacuum takes about 45-50 min for a full clean, and can do two full passes on one charge. That’s at full suction power, too, which seems to work good if you really want a decent clean. I found the lower powers to not work as well with our medium length carpet. It’s a bit loud on full power, but that’s to be expected. The app will send notifications when cleaning is done or if something comes up during the session. Once done you can read a cleaning log of the session, which is something I hadn’t seen prior to this. It’s a nice visual to see where your robot went during its clean. There were no issues switching between the carpet and hardwood for my robot, which is what I’d expect. I also really like the automatic dustbin emptying and mop water tank functionality. Most of these are automatic, and the auto cleaning of the brushes is nice to have. It’s not perfect, and I’d still recommend cleaning the brush and mop heads once a month to keep power at a good level, but on a daily basis they work quite well. All that said, there’s really not a con to note about the N30 Pro Omni. I’d imagine the mopping could be a little stronger, but as a daily preventative to keep floors somewhat managed without breaking out the mop yourself it’s good. The vacuum works very well and app management is smooth. Build quality is solid and support options are there if needed. Overall, I’d recommend this to someone looking for an all-in-one type robot vacuum as a supplemental cleaning option.
