Very disappointed, anti-tangle tech doesn't work

Very disappointed in this robot vacuum. We have a medium pile carpet, 2 dogs and 2 children to keep after. We set it up and ran into a few problems:
1) The anti-tangle "technology" is terrible. Hair gets wrapped up around the beater bar and constantly needs to be cut out and removed manually. This happened twice within a single day of use.
2) The side corner rotating brush tries to spin even when it's on carpet and it is underpowered for this vacuum. So it constantly reports that the side brush is tangled and needs to be unjammed. Which it doesn't. It can't complete a single living room carpet vacuum job without having to push a button to "unjam" it at least 3 times.
Returned the next day. Our next vacuum (Roborock) is more expensive, but has managed daily vacuuming for a couple weeks now without a single hiccup.
