I’ve been using this ice machine for over a month now, and I have to say, it’s pretty nice! I’ve tried using different water sources, but for the best results, I stick with purified water. I really like that it gives you a water hardness reading while it’s making ice. This can help make sure the ice quality is top-notch. When I let it run continuously, you do have some ice melt after a while, but it’s really not that much. You can easily transfer the ice to the freezer after it’s done producing to avoid any ice loss. The ice is these small little cubes, about 1/4”x 1/4”. It reminds me of ice from some fast food restaurants like Sonic. It starts dropping ice in about 10 minutes and fills up the ice bin in about an hour or so. It stops producing when the bin is full, and when you scoop some out, it automatically fills the bin back to the top. So, you always have ice ready for you and your guests. The only thing we noticed is that it’s a bit louder than we would like while it’s cooling and producing ice. I only really notice it when it’s quiet in the house, so it’s to be expected. I also like that it has a cleaning cycle it helps with keeping top quality ice production. We like the looks of it, the touch control panel and the light are nice. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a countertop Ice Maker.

I don't normally write reviews on a product that I've only had for 2 days, but man . .this ice machine is something worth writing about! It is super duper quiet (compared to the NewAir Nugget Ice Machine I just replaced with this Ecozy machine), you can create multiple schedules for this machine to start and stop (I have 1 for the week and another for the weekend). Produces ice very quickly. The app makes it easy to start and stop the machine at any time. I was also able to get a price match on this machine, so I wound up getting it for $349. I added a 3M removable hook on the side for the scoop. Love how they provide 3 - 8lb plastic bags if you want to save and store ice. If you are on the fence about spending the money - stop fretting and just do it. Life is short . .buy the nugget ice machine.

Great ice maker! Very easy to set up and start using. Its also surprisingly pretty quite compared to what I thought! I made half a bag of ice (which was alot already) within an hour. I love that they include some ice bags too for you store the ice in the freezer which is what I've been doing.

The ice is amazing especially for someone who likes to chew on ice. The touch screen is very easy to use and straight forward as well. It makes the ice pretty fast after adding the water to it too! I think it is worth buying as long as it will last a while. The last one I bought from ecozy stopped working at 4 months so hopefully this one will do better! The only downside to it is small, it is a little hard to scoop out the ice when it is full without dropping some due to the angle of it. Overall it is easy to use, fast working, and looks very nice. It is also pretty easy is wipe down and clean. Would definitely recommend to others.

I loved this ice maker! The size of the ice is perfect and the fridge itself is small enough to fit in my basement. I also love how techy it is. It’s not just a basic ice maker. It has WiFi, a touch screen and a blue light so I can see inside, which gives it the perfect touch. Definitely recommend it. It works perfectly and it’s stylish!

This is my 3rd ice maker and it’s the best by far!! I love that I am able to schedule for it to turn on or just hop into my app and press start. The removable tank is great and the size is perfect. The double lining also prevents the ice from melting so fast. I could make ice in the morning and come by after I’m off work to it still being in there! The machine is very quiet and compact and looks snazzy on our bar cart :)

We love our nugget ice maker we use it every day. It is very easy to use and very easy to clean. I have never had an ice maker like this and one it is setup it makes ice in minutes. I definitely recommend this to others.

This is a great counter top ice maker, especially if you like nugget ice. It’s sleek, makes ice quickly, and I love some of the features. I love that it has a sensor and tells you when to clean it. One of my challenges with my previous ice maker was knowing how often to clean it, this one tells you too. I love the fact that as the ice melts, it drains into the reservoir and makes new ice. I do wish the top reservoir was a little easier to fill, but it holds so much water that it’s really not that big of a deal. I don’t have to fill this often at all. Overall I would highly recommend this Ice maker!

Ecozy is the BEST countertop ice maker hands down! We have another ice maker from Ecozy we love that makes cubes but I've always wanted a nugget ice maker and living in Florida means there's no such thing as too much ice! Lol Thankfully I convinced my husband we needed a nugget ice maker not just the cube one and we are both super impressed with this guy! Such a sleek and gorgeous addition to our kitchen and it was a huge hit at our Superbowl party this weekend! Love the added refrigerated ice catch - in the past I've had to sprint to move the ice from our old retired countertop ice machine and transfer it to the freezer otherwise everything would melt within minutes of production. I was able to leave the ice running and friends could scoop fresh ice this weekend whenever needed (and we had 8 people over and it kept up with our ice needs!) and really didn't experience issues with ice melting too fast! Also big fan of the removable water tank --- with the built-in water tanks for most ice makers, it's very difficult to actually get inside (even with small hands) and thoroughly clean and sterilize the water tanks! This one is removable plus the entire lid lifts off to allow for complete thorough cleaning! Cannot recommend this enough - our friends this weekend were all jealous and want one now too!

We have owned 4 different types of ice makers. All have been loud and have failed within 1-6 months. Loud grinding noises, stained ice, etc But this Ecozy Ice Maker has been easily the best machine we’ve purchased. It is quiet, efficient, and provides so much information regarding water cleanliness/temp/status. We’ve owned it for over a month and it is still quiet and running efficiently. I encourage you to spend the additional cost for this high quality ice maker. You won’t be disappointed

The Ecozy Smart Nugget Ice Maker is great. It's a perfect option for me, or anyone who loves chewable nugget ice. Its not too big so it fits perfectly on your countertop. I love its smart panel and app control, which allows you to easily manage settings like ice-making schedules and cleaning cycles from your phone. This added convenience is a big plus. The machine is also relatively quiet although not entirely silent and it produces ice fairly quickly. You definitely need to clean it regularly to maintain optimal performance. Luckily it's built in cleaning function helps out with that. Overall, if you're looking for an ice maker that produces quality nugget ice and offers the convenience of smart features, the Ecozy is a solid choice.

So I received the product and have been using it consistently and first impressions that it’s super sleek and elegant looking with the smart features that are great since you can control it on the app which is nice, the ice that is made is refreshing for any beverage and like the ice bags it comes with so you can store up to 8lbs of ice apart from making it. Everything was user friendly and basically just plug and go with instructions are super clear. Only con I could find is that it is a bit loud when only making ice but not dramatically where it’s a hindrance, overall It’s a great addition to any house hold.

We are about three weeks into having this icemaker. I wanted to hold off on writing a review until we got to really try it out. It’s fantastic! And I satythst bring able to compare it with other ice makers we’ve had in the past. this one is not only aesthetically pleasing, but just easy to use and produces really satisfying, chewable ice.

I’ll start off saying I’ve always liked iced drinks, even in the winter. My husband and I were originally gifted another ecozy ice machine for our wedding and we loved it. Unfortunately, it didn’t last too long, could be from a variety of reasons, one being the hard water we had in the area, even though we had a filter. Ecozy customer service was very helpful and sent replacement parts. Finally, when the machine died, Ecozy offered a test trial with this new ice machine. So far, we have loved it. It looks sleek and compact, but subtle. The water reservoir is large and holds good amount, and the ice holder is a decent size too. I love the light feature to view the amount of ice and the other info displayed on the screen. It doesn’t take too long to make ice either and my favorite is the nugget size too. I used the ice machine multiple times a day, so it’s been a worthwhile investment. Would recommend!
